The room was dirty and TV wasn't working after complaining a couple of times I was switch bedroom.the new room wa clean but TV quality was really bad

Great Location!, the decor is beautiful. Very clean and modern. Staff is very helpful, the food at the Restaurant is delicious, and the rooms has heat which is perfect for the time of the year!

“Could have been better”
I was very disappointed with the facility cleanliness. At the end of our stay we decided to have lunch there after having checked out, the restrooms were filthy. I asked the lady if I could use another one or if they could clean it and she did not do anything.

“Good place to stay before heading to the Airport or if you are only staying in Tijuana for one night”
The room was clean, well laid out and the bed was comfortable. Included Breakfast was edible however you could have brought something better from the convenience store across the street.
