“Great facility for a Skiing week”

Breakfast was simple but all fresh and very good. Hotel perfectly located -5 minutes walking distance from the lift and bus stop directly on front of the hotel. All restaurants and shops withing 5-10 min walking distance. The view from balcony was simply amazing

A beutiful little family run hotel right on the lake. Its only 2 star but that is all you need. The beds were very comfortable as was the pillows, and the shower was great and delivered lots of water. The boot room had boot heaters and ski racks and the staff were grerat to talk to. perfect..........

Location was fantastic - near town and lifts (we were mountain biking using ski lifts and free buses) - and hotel was simple but nicely done as the no. of stars suggests... but the absolute best bit was the view across the Lake... just stunning from our room and from the balcony where we ate breakfast... it was like a film set. The hotel has a locked storage room (bikes / skis) and people on hand throughout the day. It provides the "My Tignes" card discount which meant 7 days lift pass for 32 euros ... this gave us the lifts for Tignes and Val D'Isere as well as free or reduced access to lake activities and the leisure centre (which included a brilliant wellness area - 4 jacuzzis, 3 saunas and a steam room). As an added convenience we were able to park outside the property though did not use our car all week. Breakfast was simple but nicely done.

“A lot of bang for your buck”

The welcome from the hotel was second to none. The owner and staff were excellent hosts and made my stay very comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent and the unobstructed view of the lake and mountains was breath-taking. The bus stop going into Le Lac one way and Val Claret the other was right outside the hotel. In the morning, I walked the five minute to the lift at Le Lac and would generally finish off the day there or in Val Claret so was happy to hop on the free bus service. I didn't use the service but there is a beautician at the hotel so massage, manicure and facials were right there if needed. The rooms are clean and warm and there's plenty of hot water. Breakfast was cold buffet style of breads, pastries, eggs, ham and cheese with good tea and coffee. Everything I tried was fresh with a choice of leaf tea. From my understanding the hotel has just come back into the possession of the owners after a long period of renting it out and they are investing into it. The terraces and electrics have been upgraded at huge expense and there's still work to be done. You get a lot of bang for your buck it's just....

Perfect place to stay for skiing. Breakfast adequate (I say that as I’m celiac, But otherwise it’s a good spread). Good boot/ski room with Boot heaters. Easy to get onto drag lift up behind hotel - then links with rest of area. Easy walk into Le Lac. Very helpful staff. Easy to find. Bar open from 5-8 after skiing.

“Perfect for a short ski break in Tignes”

Great location, amazing views over the lake from the bedrooms. Super comfy beds and simple but lovely breakfast. Basic but comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful. Ski and boot room very handy. Ski bus right outside or 5 min walk to Maison de Tignes for shops and ski lifts.

A very welcoming family-run hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable room and bed, pleasant bar. Wonderful view across the lake with mountains all around. An easy walk to the ski lifts and the resort facilities.

The location is great; a short walk to the lifts and super close to the bus stops for transport further afield. Rooms are no frills but perfect for my needs - a hot, powerful shower and a warm, comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff and a reasonable breakfast offering.
