Overview
Located in the Tighmert Oasis, a 15-minute drive from Guelmim, Maison Nomades offers a terrace with views of the palm grove, a Berber tent and garden. Guests can enjoy the hammam and take cooking lessons. Decorated in a traditional Moroccan style, all rooms feature a wardrobe and a fan. They include shared bathroom facilities and free toiletries. A breakfast is offered every morning at Maison Nomades. Guests can also sample typical Moroccan dishes in the dining area, upon request. Additional features include the organisation of excursions with a professional guide, 4x4 trips, camel rides and henna tattoos. The Fesk Waterfalls are a 13-minute drive away and the Oasis source is a 15-minute drive from the property.

If you want to stay in an authentic Moroccan oasis accommodation this is it.....palm trees, mud walls....it has the lot....and very nicely priced.

We all enjoyed the ambience of the place, the riad-style layout all very attractive and relaxing. Dinner was great 'home cooking', we at here both nights. Very peaceful overnight. As birdwatchers we especially enjoyed the roof terrace which has a great view over the surrounding treetops.

We loved our stay at Maison Nomades so much that we decided to stay longer, it was an amazing experience! The area is huge and beautiful, you can easily stay the whole day at the hotel and just chill next to lush vegetation at different corners of the hotel, all while sipping some yummy hot mint tea. Breakfast is nice and plentiful and it's a treat to eat it outside while overlooking the patio or the palm trees. The best part of the hotel, however, is the staff: Ibrahim, the owner, is incredibly nice, generous and he helped us with so much! He even organized a really cool New Year party with local musicians for all the residents of the hotel. The kitchen and cleaning staff was also super friendly. Also, the hotel offers various tours with locals if you are interested. You can also do some walks in the oasis. As for the location, you are about 15 minutes far away from Guelmim, but if you don't have a car (like us), it's no problem, Ibrahim will help you with getting to the oasis. What a place this was one of our highlights. Great room comfortable bed with en suite. The peace and tranquility just what was needed. Food and service was excellent and a good price. The second day Bamel took us to see the local sights the hot spring, camels, botanical garden and a museum. Met some wonderful people and learnt a lot about the area. Definitely on my list of places to revisit.

- old and uncomfortable mattress and pillows - no woredrobe or even hanger in room - the worst and the most expensive breakfast I’ve ever have in Marocco - no wifi, even in common areas

“Perfect place in the Oasis”
There is no better place than this place in the whole area. The rooms are large and very clean. The bathroom is of the same standard. Dinner is very good. Staff is very friendly and can give good advice about the area. Road to Plage Blanche is easy to find and not far away.
