Hosts were wonderful, Katerina communicated with us prior to our stay and arranged airport transfers and a brilliant Greek night too. Lovely welcome pack and the midweek clean was a lovely surprise.katerina was very responsive to any questions we had. We were a family of 8 adults and there was plenty of room for us all. Villa was really beautiful with great views, terraces and pool area. We loved it very much. It was also very quiet and peaceful. In a lovely area with a supermarket and amazing restaurants within 5 - 10 minute walk. Beach was about a 20-25 minute walk and we thought the beaches were lovely, great beach bars and watersports. We also loved Tigaki and Kos town was easy to get to on the local bus. We would love to return one day :)

“I can’t recommend Xenosvilla enough”
We loved everything about our villa. The villas have a great design and very private with a parking space. Katerina, our host was great! She recommended us and booked us some amazing activities such as a 3 island trip and a Greek night and we had a hoot!

“Best holidays!”
The villa is cosy with amazing indoor and everything you need inside. Location is perfect, near to the sea, close to the village with many restaurants, bars and beautiful beach. Host was always there for us if we needed anything. Great pool and garden area. We really loved the villa and the seaview. Ideal for families, very clean.

We had an amazing stay at Xenos Villa! The brand-new villas were perfect for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to stay close together. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the village and the sea. Our host was super welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend it for a relaxing, fun getaway!
