The hotel's greatest asset is its staff. I really loved the pool bar and grill. The guys working there are so friendly. I absolutely loved the pizza, which they make there, and the grilled fish. Very large, clean and comfortable rooms.

“Very nice hotel for families”

The hotel is super clean, the staff is attentive and willing to support. Food was great and tasty.

When I booked White Olive Marine Aquapark on Kos, I was expecting a 4-star family paradise. And to be fair, the first 5 days actually delivered some great family memories. My 5-year-old daughter was absolutely living her best life between the Kids Club and the epic waterslides. If you are just looking at the surface, the aquapark vibes are definitely there. But as a mom traveling with a 1-year-old, my perspective shifts completely. You start seeing the world from the ground up—and let me tell you, what I saw beneath the surface at this hotel was shocking. Let’s talk about the pool area first. Yes, the slides are fun, but the main pool was constantly full of sand, and the surrounding area was genuinely dirty. Why? Because there are barely any trash cans around! For a resort packed with families, that is just basic management failure. Moving on to the rooms: at first glance, they look nice and modern. But once my 1-year-old started crawling around, the illusion shattered. The cleanliness is simply not up to standard. We actually had to request an extra deep-clean of the bathroom because of black mold spots in multiple places (and honestly, I bet those spots are still there today). But the absolute breaking point? I caught my baby crawling into the wardrobe, only to find exposed, loose nails/screws sticking out inside it. Unacceptable. A total safety hazard for toddlers. But the real kicker happened after we checked out. They say the eye can deceive you, and boy, did the All-Inclusive food buffet deceive us. We are now sitting here, 5 days after our stay, and my entire family has been hit with constant vomiting, diarrhea, and high fevers ever since we left the island. What seemed like a decent buffet turned out to be a total health hazard. Rating: 1.5/5 Stars ❌

Overall, it’s a nice place with a good location considering the short distance to the nearest village and town. The swimming pools are well equipped with slides, and there is also an adults-only pool (16+) with its own bar, which is a great option. The resort is generally well organized. There is also a private beach—not the most beautiful sea, but very close by you can easily reach nicer beaches on foot. The dining options are good: there are two restaurants, one self-service with no reservation required and another with table service where a reservation is needed. Both operate on an all-inclusive basis. In addition, the resort offers tennis, football, and volleyball courts, an entertainment stage, a game room, and a kids’ club. Rooms and indoor areas are kept quite clean and well maintained.

I liked the staff - security guards, bartenders, reception staff, cleaners. The location of the pools, recreation areas, bars is very successful. Very comfortable rooms. Well-kept territory, good beach.

The room was very nice, with new and modern furniture, comfortable and well maintained. Cleaning was done regularly, and the ladies who cleaned were absolutely wonderful – kind, professional, and always smiling. The food was phenomenal, with plenty of variety and great taste. The beach was clean and well kept.

Good location. Beautiful swimming pools and stunning scenery. The reception desk was extremely helpful. Extensive range of food. Comfortable bed and spacious room. All the staff were pleasant and friendly, particularly the bar tender at the adult only pool.
