Akti Dimis is situated directly across the road from Tigaki’s sandy beach and 500 metres from the resort centre. It offers bed and breakfast rooms, a snack bar/restaurant, cocktail bar and an all-day swimming pool. Ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Greek island of Kos, the family run Akti Dimis Hotel has an inviting swimming pool and sun terrace furnished with loungers, serving food and drinks. Each morning, a buffet breakfast is prepared. All rooms are supplied with air-conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerator and balcony or terrace with side view to the garden and the sea. Tigaki lies about 10 miles from the airport that has seen a lot of expansion in recent years. The long and sandy beach is one of the best on the island, offering a host of water sports.

Very clean, very comfortable, great position right opposite the beach, lovely and friendly staff. Great snack bar, a lovely bar to sit and watch the sunset. King Size Resto Bar right next door, all round lovely.

Best stay ever. Perfect in every way. Location is ideal, staff are wonderful and the beach is super clean with shallow water, safe for kids and people with limited mobility. See you next year.

The location was across the street from the Atki Dinis beach. Service was the snack bar was provided. Rooms clean and comfortable. Front desk rep was more than helpful.

“Lovely stay but poor ending”
The property is across the road from a beautiful beach and yet a very easy walk into the resort centre . It is also very easy to visit Kos town . We arrived late and Tasos was their to greet us . He was very helpful when we left luggage in taxi and was always ready to chat to us

Great location with a good pool area. The beach with plenty of sun beds and service from hotel staff was just across the road. A short walk on the flat took you to the resort centre with lots of bars, restaurants and some shops. There is a supermarket next to the hotel.

Almost Everything. The staff were very nice. Food good and pool area great. Had a very sunny balcony too. But the proximity of the beach and the ease of just wandering across the road to the sunbeds was the highlight. Everything was very easy and relaxing. Just what we wanted.

Great location across the road from the beach which is why we selected this hotel. Staff were great such as the service. Breakfast was great as well. Pool area was nice as well. But when you have the beach, that's first preference.
