The drains backed up flooding the hallway and not attended to for a week, the remote manager refused to authorise cleaners to change towels, replenish coffee and sugar and refused to clean the room for a week and cockroaches made their appearance on the day of departure as if they knew we we were leaving.

This hotel was in a good location for us - and for many other people who were in Tiveria for the marathon, judging by what we saw as we were arriving. The host was very attentive.

Well, my experience at this motel was one of the worst, the room has a horrible smell of cigarettes and to cover up the smell there are pillows that perfume so much that it becomes unbearable. I almost died the night I slept there, and when morning came I took my things and left and they didn't refund the second night I paid in advance. Cheap is too expensive. When you take a shower you have to wait for the water to go down otherwise it will overflow and the same is true in the sink when you go to brush your teeth. Not to mention that there is no concierge and no one physically assists you.

It was very nice and we were very satisfied.

The location was very good and by the second evening the hot tub was fully operational.

The place was very nice, clean and central. The host was especially nice to us and he went the extra mile to help us fix a problem we had with the tyres of our rental car, which would have been much harder to solve (not speaking the language or knowing any mechanics of reference) if it had not been for him. I highly recommend it if you find yourself in Tiberias.

The accommodation was perfect in every way.. Immaculately clean.. jacuzzi king room highly recommend. Good location, short walk to promenade with great views of the sea of Gallilee. plus restaurants and supermarket also close by. Frans the Motel host was available to support with any info or issues should you might have. All in all I would recommend a stay here, especially as a couple.
