We found this hotel by accident: we were so disappointed with the other hotel we had booked that we decided to find something else on the spot, and it turned out to be a great choice. We came to the lobby and there was Yonatan, smiling and friendly with freshly made lemonade at hand...He saved our romantic vacation. When you enter the property, you feel right away you got to the right place: quiet, luxury and clean. Everything was great: the pool, the view on Kineret, the guitarist in the bar and the wonderful breakfast (10 varieties of cheese softened my heart).

The staff at this hotel was something I have never experienced before. I will never forget Yonathan as long as I live. He is the ansolute example of kindness and thoughtfulness that you could ever wish to meet. He permeates the whole eatablishment with love and encouragement. You just want to get to know him better. And all the staff - simply awesome. I am going back to Galilee and for sure I cant wait to stay in that hotel where that kindness and encouragement can rub off on me. Thaak you Yonatam. The place is exceptional, clean and modern,with beautiful beach and large pool.the staff very friendly ,mrs.Hanit ,front desk-MrJameel food&drink, restaurant menager-the chef,especially the massacre Mr Adham and all the others were amazing.

The service

Very good location, excellent food, nice staff. Has its own access to Kinneret which looks really good (unfortunately we were not during the season). Our room was quite big and had a beautiful view towards the Sea of Galilee.

The location was one of the best parts of staying at the hotel. Yonatan at the front desk went out of his way to give us an upgrade because of my wife's birthday. It was clear that it was very important to him that we have a great time.

It has a private beach right on the Sea of Galilee, a a large pool, decent gym, big clean rooms, the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, wonderful staff.

The hotel feels like 4 star so the price is a bit high for that. Loved the pool area and that it was on the lake and the room was large.

beautiful location, the staff especially Kim guest relations manager couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay so magical that we actually booked another 2 days as we didn’t want to leave. There was a beautiful friendliness from all the staff and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! I left a necklace of mine behind by mistake and Kim organized posting it to our next location with amazing efficiency. thank u U boutique for a wonderful stay! we will be back!!

everyone was amazingly friendly. Kim looked after us with the greatest attention. He was extremely courteous and helpful at all times. We were enjoying the most beautiful views as the hotel is right on Sea of Galilee with nothing between and the sea that we extended our stay by a couple of days. The sun loungers around the pool were the most comfortable we have ever experienced . The food in the hotel for breakfast and evening meal was excellent and Louis ( food manager) and Jameel were so obliging when we asked for some grapefruit and again anything you asked it was efficiently done. Jonathon ( manager of front desk) was also friendly and helpful at all times.Fabiola at the evening meal was a delight and full of fun. Ken kept our room spotless and was very efficient and helpful. We also enjoyed the beautiful voice and guitar of Mor Seporta in the evening so make sure you catch her repertoire Please don’t miss out on this fabulous boutique hotel! Absolutely fabulous pool . We had a panoramic view room which is breath taking and definitely recommend it. it’s spacious and a/c is excellent throughout hotel.

It was a wonderfully relaxing stay of 6 nights. The poolside experience was enhanced by the plentiful and wide choice of sun loungers - both single and double ones - some with canopies. The room was amazing - super king comfortable bed, high ceiling, best blackout curtains have ever had. The bathroom had bath/shower in additional shower stall. All the reception staff were very competent and always looking for ways to treat you to free extras. Restaurant, so well managed by Jameel, served wonderful food, including the breakfast buffet. We enjoyed walking into Tiberias most evenings - just 7 minutes away - as we like to explore new restaurants. Very friendly place.
