During check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a late check-out for a few extra hours. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience — we will definitely come back!

“I think they’ve nailed Israeli expectations but there’s work to be done to reach international standards at a $1000 plus”
- The photos of the hotel match reality- I read they spent 150mil shekels on the renno and they’ve done a great job - The infinity pool is beautiful - location is convenient to town albeit a very steep heel, if you’re inclined to visit - they really try to keep the place clean -ֶ the spa was great, we had two massages by seperate masseuses and both were great. My experience with hotel masseuses hasn’t been amazing but this was a definite win - my kids loved the buffet breakfast

Everything was very nice, good breakfast and fantastic restaurant. The staff were really pleasent. Some of the rooms have a breath taking view of the Kineret. Close to everything.

The hotel has no service worthy of the name compared to the price of the suite we took. You are given one towel per day and per person with two rolls of toilet paper. Nothing more !! The last day the suite was not even done at 5:30 p.m. despite our complaints. For information, we stayed 5 days. The hotel did not respond to any of our requests despite our repeated complaints. This hotel remains the worst hotel I have known for over 30 years. I strongly advise against it apart from the breakfast which remains correct. The quality/price ratio is very close to 0. There is still an advantage, we will be where not to go next time.
