Located in Tiberias centre, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Sea of Galilee, the non-kosher Restal Hotel offers a swimming pool and modern rooms with wood floors and flat-screen TV. “Super friendly staff - they went out of their way to help us”
The staff is super friendly. They usually have groups so it’s not ur conventional hotel but it’s ideal to have a quick get-away with kids and when you are in need of just a place to sleep. Everything is clean, good shower and nice pool.

Nice hotel. The room is quite simple but clean and tidy. There is ample parking for those who come with a car. Good breakfast and most importantly - all the staff are very kind and helpful.

“All in all a very good hotel and I can say we had a wonderful time in Tiberias.”
Exceptional breakfast at a very reasonable cost and the staff were excellent and very friendly. The person in charge of the buffet was very attentive and above all very friendly. Also the quality of the food was first class.

Breakfast staff were impolite! moving me around in an almost empty dining room from table to table just because I sat down in a table of 6 instead of 2 ( which were not an option because there were none set for it as an alternative...) and telling me specifically that I made i mistake...is not a proper way to behave towards a guest.

“it’s okay”
i will like to have a refund of one night because i paid for 4 nights and i only stayed for 3 nights. kindly refund my credit card which I used to make the payment at the hotel. i raised this case with the hotel to refund my card, but they said I should let bookings.com know about this and you will be the one to sort out the refund. I checked out on the 05/08/2022 not on the 06/08/2022
