“Nice stay for a few days break”

Room was lovely and spacious, great selection at breakfast. Spa was being renovated so they gave us a pass to the hot springs.

Exceptional service from check in to check out was beyond our expectations

Rubi at the guest relations was professional, welcoming, informative and very friendly. The chefs, Ahmed the waiter, were very polite and professional. The location of the hotel couldn't have been in a better location. Firstly, we were literally on the edge of the Sea of Galilee, then we were within 18 minutes drive to various sites mentioned inthe bible such as Tabga, Capernaum, Mt. of Beatitudes, Korazim, and about 45 minutes drive to Mt. of transfiguration (Mt. Tabor) and much much more. Breaksfast and dinners are always great with variety to choose from; It's indeed the land of plenty. Chosing this hotel for the location, you will surely not be disappointed.

Complimentary room upgrade with fresh fruit and a bottle of red wine in the room. Wonderful balcony with lake view and early sun sparkling on the water and in evening a perfect view of Tiberias illuminated fountain video display. Amazing breakfast with so much choice of hot and cold food. Friendly and helpful front desk.

The room was specious, clean and the view magnificent from 2 balconies. The water light show was right outside our balcony, they have the show at 6,7 and 8 PM for 5 min each. Room was cleaned every day per our request. We stayed there 3 nights. The Jacuzzi once filled up was warm. Breakfast buffet an absolute dream everything you can possibly want in a breakfast. Service was great when I called for help someone came right away and fixed whatever we needed. Highly recommended for a couple get away!!!

The property was clean and had a pleasant aroma throughout. We really appreciated the snacks available in the lobby at check-in. The food options at breakfast were very plentiful. The room was well prepared for our arrival. The amenities in the bathroom were high quality. The pool staff (Ossi) was very friendly and mindful of our family - he reminded a nearby smoker to only smoke in the designated section.

It was noise outside of the hotel. Somebody played music late at night. I lost my notebook and I called them and I asked them to look for it. Nobody called me back with information.

The room was really nice with a beautiful view. Clean and big. I like that we were on a high floor. The food was really good and the restaurant staff were really nice. We didn’t pay for Dinner originally but ended up wanting to eat dinner in the hotel and the restaurant manager gave a great discount and the dinner was really good! And because it was the Shabbat we were able to check it at 16:00 with no extra pay which was really nice since we came from the Center. The lobby staff were really nice very helpful 24/7. Over all great experience. Really loved our stay.
