“Good value for money”

Large table with enough room to comfortably seat six. Air conditioner in every room. The landlord.

It was very well equipped. Lots of kitchen stuff. Very effective air-conditioners. Good water pressure. Safe parking very close by. Wifi worked well.

We didn't eat in the apartment. The layout was fine. There were several ants in some of the rooms. We could not find the switch to turn off the living room lights. I tried all the switches that I could see. We don't like to waste electricity.

Good, spacy appartment in good price. The owners are kind and helpful, the communication was easy.

“AVOID- DO NOT STAY HERE”

we had to wait 30 min for the owner to turn up, and when he did, the location was in another building and the apartment was on the first floor.. the entrance was In a run down building that had cat urine smell all over. it was in a poor , run down neighbourhood. the apartment was crowded with furniture and it looked like someone Just moved out for the day so that we could stay there..it was a really bad experience and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

“Disappointed. Avoid this place.”

I booked the apartment based on pictures and some critics. A note of 8 should mean something good, no ? What a disappointment ! Let's say the only positive things we agreed on are : 1) The landlord is very nice 2) It is quite spacy We arrived at 8:15 and were welcomed by layers of dust and plaster dust from the next-door unit the landlord is currently renovating. The levels of dirt are not from the last guest, this is a result of years of neglection see attached pictures Everything is dirty and discussing it is by far the filthiest logging we have ever been to. Kitchen: unprofessional installment of the stove, dirty fridge with no light, dirty dishes mixt in all drawers, greasy hood, and dirty cupboards. Living room: furniture is dusty, the windows haven’t been washed for months Bathroom: dirty windows, broken shower, clogged shower head, faucet with no water pressure, and dirty tubs. Toilettes: dirty not even the dark petrol China can hide even the trash cover. Rooms: wardrobe full of things you can’t even hang a shirt And all this is crowned with a tacky kitsch and bad taste dusty decoration. Unless your other option is to sleep in the street, AVOID this place at all costs.
