We recently stayed at Caesar Premier Tiberias. Although Tiberias itself isn’t usually my favorite destination, the hotel truly exceeded expectations. The place is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the staff — they genuinely go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and satisfied. Their service made a big difference in our experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. It’s an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area.

We spent 1 night and 2 days at the hotel.. We were upgraded in a suite with view on the lake. The room was big, and the view was amazing. The food was very good and the service level was high. The swimming pool is big enough and the kids loved it.

The hotel is located in a marvellous position right next to the Kinneret and the promenade. Within walking distance to all the places of interest. The hotel is extremely clean spacious and comfortable and the food was excellent and every meal had an amazing variety of choice. The staff are efficient professional and very present. We were given a lovely room, well-equipped, spacious and the view... it was amazing overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains. Again the room was clean and the beds and sheets smelled so fresh unlike other hotels I've been in. The pool area was also very clean and comfortable and well-staffed

I liked the restaurant staff; they were very friendly and helpful especially "Ali Hamood" and the manager "Sun". I also liked the reception staff they helped us whenever we needed it!

Polite staff gave us lunch free. Clean room, nice view. Spa and pool was great.

The staff was extremely kind, the manager, Lucy was invited us for Saturday lunch. We have got at the check in 2-2 vouchers for soft drink and for coffee+cake or ice cream. The room and the bed was very comfortable. The hot bath was amazing too. We really recommend for everyone this hotel.
