We really enjoyed our stay ! The host are very friendly and helpful. They live next door so if you need anything they are there to help. The appartement is spacious, modern and well equipped. We felt at home. The swimming pool is nice and clean but not heated. Location is great to visit everything in Lanzarote

This was one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in! The bed was super big and comfy, the area was quiet and relaxing, the bathroom and kitchen were exceptional!

Our apartment at Villa Livia was superb. Spacious, very comfortable and well equiped. The views from the apartment across the swimming pool and down to the sea were exceptional. Our poolside terrace was wonderful right outside our apartment doors. Our host Stefano and his family were extremely friendly and helpful providing us with any information we needed and always being available if needed while discreetly respecting our privacy. Tias is quite quiet and a 15 to 20 minute walk from the apartment and so hiring a car is advisable (although we were happy on foot for our first few days). We will definately be returning to Villa Livia and would recommend it without hesitation.

Stefano was super nice, upon arrival he welcomed us, showed us our appartment and his beautiful villa, and shared tips and things to see around the island! :) we didn't use the kitchen, but it looked perfectly equipped for cooking! Amazing sea views from the apartment! It was exactly what we were looking for, somewhere nice and quite in the center of the island :) I highly recommend it!

The location is good if you can rent a car. It's not in a busy town, very quiet and the view is amazing.

We stayed 3 nights. Our apartment was beautifull renovated and decorated (2 months ago) and clean. It was situated in front of the slightly heated swimming pool, the water was very comfortable in January. There were sunbeds, tables and chairs to lie and sit on. It is in the center of the island, perfect for sight seeing. The living room and kitchen were well equipped, a spacious bathroom with shower; towels for bath- and swimming pool. The bedroom was spacious with good beds. We slept very well. The owner Stefano was very kind and helped us with everything. Parking was easy and in front of the villa. A few good restaurants and a supermarket in Tias, 5 minutes driving by car. The location is an oasis of tranquility. We were sorry that we had to leave, we had a fantastic time!

Our original villa had double booked and we were left stranded. Booking.com found us this apartment until a new villa could be arranged. Stefano could not have been more helpful. He met us and took us to get some food. He also dropped us off in Puerto Del Carmen the next morning. The apartment is immaculate and very tastefully furnished with beautiful views and a swimming pool which is only shared with one other apartment. Highly recommend this apartment and owner.
