Communication with owners is easy and prompt. The location is just a few steps from the beach in a lovely quiet area. Gate entry by code and key in a lock box, code provided in advance. Everything including streaming services, beach towels, books etc provided.

The location of the apartment is excellent-right on the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants.

The location, the apartment complex are excellent. Beautiful beach on your doorstep, easy walking to either Puerto del Carmen centre or Matagorda flat and wide pavement. The pool area is great plenty of sunbeds, probably wouldn't be the same if the complex was busy, but the sea is only a minute or two away.

A great stay in this lovely spacious apartment, super shower with plenty of hot water, big terrace with sea views, well kept gardens, heated pool and helpful hosts. The apartment had everything we needed, 2 bathrooms was a bonus and it was special to hear the sea from the terrace. Great location with a supermarket, restaurant, cafes, bus stop and taxi rank across the road.

Excellent location on the beachfront. Lovely side view from balcony to the beach. Everything that we needed was supplied in the kitchen. Washing machine was a nice bonus as was supply of beach towels. Lovely pool and plenty sun loungers. Very quiet complex and very well located for restaurants and supermarkets.

The sea view, location, pool, gardens, the apartment itself is lovely inside plenty of room and everything you need for a fabulous stay the balcony is very spacious we loved sitting out side, we will definitely be back.

This apartment is one of those special places that ticks all of our boxes.: It's almost on the beach, it's close to the bus stops, it's easy walking to Puerto del Carmen, it's clean, it has a balcony with a view, the bed is comfortable, it has air conditioning, it's quiet at night time, it's got english tv channels.... the list goes on. We'd love to stay here again, thank you Jens & Birgit

The noise from the apartment directly in front of us,it was practically a building site.constant noise from 8am to 6pm . When we contacted the owners they said it was out of their hands,if we were told about the on going building work we wouldn’t of booked.we were charged for the apartment being cleaned and we contacted the owners they said do it ourselves,we don’t provide hotel services.every other year we went we had the apartment cleaned and towels changed twice a week.
