A recently renovated holiday home in Tías and within 4.6 km of Lanzarote Golf Resort, Casa Sol y Mar Tias features water sports facilities, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. “Exceptional accommodation”
We were a family of 4 and the kids loved the pool area, the garden areas and the house was amazingly clean and comfortable. The owner was on hand for any needs and was very welcoming we will definatley be returning.

“Amazing”
Amazing holiday home and very spacious, there's only 1 other apartment that you share the pool area with so it's really private, we actually had the whole area to ourselves for 2 days! The pool area itself is amazing, there's a little lean to with a fridge, kettle and glasses so you can keep your drinks cold without going back down into the house. The location is lovely and quiet, only 5-10mins car/taxi ride from the airport and 10 mins to other main areas. The property itself is gated and very secure. Guillermo was an excellent host and above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our flight home wasn't until the evening and he kindly arranged for the cleaners to come later so we could stay there until we needed to leave for the airport (5pm). We then had issues booking a taxi to the airport and he took us there himself! He absolutely didn't have to do any of the above and just proved that he genuinely cared by making sure we were OK and had a good stay. 100% recommend. Thank you Guillermo! ☺️

“Quiet, beautiful and relaxing!”
The location was perfect, the property had everything we needed. Having our own outdoor area, a parking space and the place fully equipped was great. It was close to shops and restaurants, and a short drive to beaches.

“Lovely peaceful apartment, great pool area”
Great stay in Feb 24. The house is split with the owners at the front and 2 seperate apartments, one at the side and the other at the back. We stayed at the rear which led upstairs to a 2 bed apartment. The town is about 20 min walk uphill with cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. We chose not to hire a car but got around easily by walking and taxi's which were easy to order, quick and well priced. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals using the hob and microwave. The pool area was exceptional and we shared it with another couple during our stay, loads of space to accommodate us all. Lovely family who were helpful and friendly. Would stay there again if heading back to the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A nice, quiet and good value place to stay. The arrival information was very thorough. The accommodation was very clean and looked like the photos. Plenty of hot water for showers.
