Great location , apartment was fantastic and had everything you might ever need . Plenty of space and the pool, hot tub and sauna were excellent. We had an amazing time . The communication was brilliant, we had no issues at all and would definitely return .

We loved our stay from start to finish, as a family of 5 adults we had plenty of space, the bottles of drink, fruit and supplies were a great welcoming touch. View from top balcony was gorgeous of the sea In front and white washed buildings to one side. Very short walk to the main strip., but the location of the villa was so calm and quiet Andre was a great host, greeted us and showed us around and could not do enough for us threw out our stay. We will def be back.

Great property with everything you need. We were met by Andreas who showed us round the property and ensured we were happy before he left. Great facilities, the pool and the hot tub were great. It was close enough to ‘The Strip’ to get to but nice a quiet. Would recommend.

Andreas met us at the villa even though our flight was delayed. The villa was extremely clean and the welcome pack was a lovely touch after arriving later at night. The villa had everything we needed WiFi and decent size pool with hot tub. My 16 year old loved having the annex to himself. The villa is in a great location close enough to the bars and restaurants but without the noise.

I could type for ages about how brilliant it was. The location was extremely good no matter which way you come up from the strip. The facility’s were exceptional, it had absolutely everything you would need. If you went completely self catering there was every bowl spoon pot and pan you could think of needing. The main house had 2 double rooms and a bathroom downstairs and there was also a pull out sofa on the sitting room upstairs with another bathroom. There is also another room at the back like a granny flat with another bathroom and double bed. Plenty of wardrobe space also and loads of towels provided. There was a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer and also clothes lines. A big dinning room table, a balcony upstairs with a table and chairs and a full seating area down stairs. There was two individual sun loungers and a big bed sun lounger. There is WiFi the whole way around the house and aircon. There was also a good sized pool which was a nice depth all around, a sauna and a jacuzzi. There was also a BBQ. It was also very private and secure and extremely quiet. The view from the balcony was unbelievable, you could also see all the planes coming in and a perfect ocean view. Our host was amazing with any question or anything we needed and he had great communication. He also left us a lovely welcome pack. Will return and will recommend

This property had everything we needed and more. Pool, jacuzzi and Sauna. Extremely clean, comfortable and great location to the main strip and old town. Matthias who looks after the villa is extremely helpful, friendly and could answer any of our questions and concerns. He goes above and beyond.

Villa was excellent, gorgeous pool, hot tub, sauna and large gas BBQ. Stunning location, situated on a quiet street, but just 5mins walk away from shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Inside was modern, very clean and upstairs there is a great veranda with exceptional views. Hosts were amazing, met us at the Villa to show us around and were so helpful. Definitely be going back, just didn’t want to leave!

We had a fantastic 10 day stay in Casa Princesa Ico. The host Matthias was fantastic and was available every day if needed.

“Fabulous stay”

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The villa has everything you’d need. great to have the pool, hot tub and sauna. Perfect location also, only a 5 minute stroll to the main strip. Matthias was a pleasure to deal with from a lovely welcome with a lovely welcome pack of fruit, water, wine etc to being on hand to answer any query. So accommodating allowing us to stay later on the last day as we had a late flight and no one was arriving that day
