Clean, spacious, and the best balcony! Loved watching the sunrise and sunset. Had everything you needed. We loved the pool. Beds and sofas were so comfortable.

The apartment is wonderful indeed, just like on the pictures. At the beginning, we had some worries about how we are going to sleep in the windowless basement, but it turned to be just fine. The walls in the bedroom next to the shower need a bit of revamping and I hope owners have it on the to-do list. Otherwise perfectly clean, we received water, juice, milk and some cookies for a welcome gift and there were also enough of other amenities for cooking. Plenty of glasses and dishes for comfortable stay. Location is fine, easy access to everything.

Design and vibe od the villa was cool

Very extraordinary, nice and comfy. There was enough light in apartment and everything was clean. The host should repaird wall in bathroom and i would install some fan to take off wet / humidity from bath, because there are no windows to open - downstairs, where are the beds and bathrooms. But i am not complaining. It was relly nice apartment. If you look for another booking and airbnb options, this is outstanding in top of 20% by looks, because people usually renting very basic and old houses / flats. I must say the bed was soooo comfy, even better than at home. I hate very soft beds, its unhealthy. This bed in Casa Perseida? PERFECTS and it was large. If you are not fit person, good luck with luggage due to stairs on the street haha. The location was i would say at the beggining of promenade - main street, so you are 2min walk from beautiful place, beach, bars, etc. Good location, really. Parking is little bit harder, but with luck and no stressing you will be good. You can literally park on the next street, so you have to walk 5mins, but its nothing.

We are very fond of modern design and this apartment suited us perfectly. We’ve even taken some interior design ideas away with us! It’s very well appointed. The bedrooms were exceptionally spacious with loads of storage. The bed, very comfortable. It was nice to have the nespresso machine as I have a dislike of instant coffee. It was nice that some dishwasher and washing tabs were provided. The proximity to amenities is great and it’s amazingly quiet in the circumstances. The sunroof was fantastic and gave great ventilation (we should have opened it earlier in our stay!).

this property is stunning . we stayed as two couples and each couple had their own bathroom and shower . Also had a toilet upstairs in the living area . Stunning views . Had plenty of cleaning products and the fridge had water milk and juice . Also a coffee machine . plenty of cups and utensils . Easy access to property and there was 2 sets of keys . The beds are super comfortable and the apartment was very quiet. Handy to the new mercadona supermarket just down the steps . Would definitely stay again

Woaw ! Such a pretty place to stay, near the beaches and stores. Spacious, perfectly clean, modern with an amazing view couldn’t ask for more. The air conditioning is a must when you come back from the outside heat, the kids loved the community pool (which is deep).

Very nicely designed apartment with lots of sun and view to the ocean. The sliding panoramic roof window is a fantastic solution. The beach is just a couple stairs down.

it was spotless clean, perfect location, luxurious, quiet and safe, it looked exactly like the pictures if not better, all the little touches were amazing with milk in the fridge biscuits etc, 11/10 can’t wait to come back!

What you see in the beautiful photos of the apartment, is what you actually get! Newly renovated. Modern, quiet and beautiful with it. Fantastic hosts always available should you need help. Quality beds. Good linen and fluffy towels. Beach towels provided. Large main bedroom with double basin open plan shower room, two great vanity mirrors with lights along with huge mirrored wardrobes. Too many lights to choose from! Everything you need in the kitchen. Extremely comfortable sitting room. 3 tvs in the property (which you probably won’t use!) very pretty terrace area with very comfortable seating and a view over the sea. Again more modern lights! Clever use of window lighting everywhere too. Enormous electric roof window which you can open for more of a natural breeze if you don’t want the air on on. Extra up stairs toilet and even that is pretty! Lovely modern staircase with great decorative lighting at night around the plants. One block away from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Lots of supermarkets within walking. Host provided us with kitchen and toilet essentials and a bottle of wine and chocolate biscuits. There is a small pool within the complex however we only used it once briefly as we went to the beach everyday. (Sun beds on beach cheap to hire) Airport only 10 mins away in a taxi. You get what you pay for and the apartment is worth it as long as the cleaners do their job well and keep it up to this standard. We would happily come back! Thank you to the hosts.
