The TV STATIONS WERE NOT TUNED IN .ESTHER THE REPRESENTATIVE CALLED THREE TIMES AND WITH A MAINTEMCENCE MAN SHE WAS MOST HELPFUL BIT ONCE TV WAS TURNED OFF WHEN TURNED BACK ON WE COULD ONLY REACH CNN AND SKY NEWS (WITH DIFFICULTY) ONLY ONE OTHER PROGRAMME CALLED ROOKIE BLUE CAME IN WITH ENGLISH. ESTHER DID GET ENGLISH ON THE TV BUT AS I SAID WHEN TV WAS TURNED OFF AND WHEN BACK ON ENGLISH WAS GONE. ESTHER WAS MOST HELPFUL.
