“Great Location, Comfort, and Service — but Deposit Policy Needs Improvement”
I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The rooms are well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful rest, and the beds were very comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning river view, especially in the evenings when the colorful lights reflected beautifully on the water. The breakfast served was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. I also appreciated that all the basic amenities were provided, including a tea/coffee maker in the room. The on-site restaurant was very good, offering tasty meals and a nice atmosphere. Overall, this place provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

I recently had the privilege of staying at the Shangri-La Hotel in Tianjin, and it was an unforgettable experience in every way. The hotel truly stands out for its attention to detail, luxurious accommodations, and world-class service. I stayed in one of the hotel’s suites, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, and provided breathtaking views of the Hai River and Tianjin’s skyline. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the luxurious bathroom, was designed with comfort and elegance in mind. The suite also featured modern amenities that made my stay both comfortable and convenient. One of the true highlights of staying in a suite at the Shangri-La Tianjin is the access to the exclusive Horizon Club. This private space offers an oasis of calm and relaxation. Whether for a quiet breakfast, afternoon tea, or evening cocktails, the Horizon Club provides a peaceful and elegant setting to unwind. The personalized service in this lounge was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make every moment special. The dining experience at the Shangri-La Tianjin is equally impressive. I had the pleasure of dining at their restaurant, which is renowned for its original Beijing duck. The quality and authenticity of the dish were outstanding, rivaling even some of the most famous restaurants in Beijing. The crisp skin and tender, flavorful meat were simply perfection, and the presentation was equally stunning. The restaurant's other offerings were also of the highest standard, with a wide variety of dishes to suit any palate. Throughout my stay, the service was impeccable. From the moment I checked in until the time I left, every member of the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. It’s clear that the Shangri-La Tianjin is committed to providing a five-star experience in every aspect, and they certainly exceeded my expectations.

good location indeed. Not far from the Tianjin train station. good view to the Haihe River, nice day time busy inner city and super fun lights show at the night. Free parking facilities on the ground or under grand in the parking lot. some very good shopping centres around hotel. the river view place shopping centre is just located next to the hotel in walking distance.
