Friendly, welcoming staff. They asked feedback on check-out, which shows they care and listen. Breakfast was good overall and had many options. Very comfortable beds and the room had a kitchen with all appliances and cutlery sets you'd need. Location is good to reach the tourist locations.

“It was relaxing and got us geared up for our drive to the Soo.”
Breakfast was good. The pancake maker wasn't working and the person who was 'filling up' the food went promptly to tell someone else and he came and took the machine apart. The check in staff were very friendly. When we arrived, we asked if there was a unit with a microwave and he apologized as they were upgrading the units and the one assigned to us didn't have one. The building was kept very neat and clean; people emptying the garbage cans..... Tim Horton's nearby so that we could grab a bite to eat for dinner. Excellent stay.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and efficiently laid out. The pool was big and well maintained. This room had a full kitchen which was very helpful.
