Checked in by Alona who went the extra mile to make us feel very welcome - 10/10. Great location with fantastic views. Plenty of free parking when we went early April. Good breakfast. Would recommend.

“A very comfortable stay in a great location overlooking the lake!”
Room with a view! Lovely big room with everything you need and tastefully decorated. Wardrobe contains slippers and robe. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Very quiet. Spacious bathroom with everything you need (and toiletries) Frequent free (card given by the hotel) transport on the buses to get to and from Thun centre/Thun train station just about 15 minutes away! Personnel very efficient and friendly.

Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, right on Lake Thun and very close to the Kirche bus stop. The staff are extremely friendly and supportive. The breakfast options are somewhat limited, but they are sufficient.

“One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had—peaceful, clean, and unforgettable.”
It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in 😍 The location is perfect, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We were so sad that we only stayed for one night. The room was spotless, quiet, and very spacious. We even had two small balconies where we could sit and enjoy the view. The staff were also extremely kind. Even though we checked in a bit late, everything went smoothly — definitely coming back here.
