“My points is 6 while my wife gave 8”
Free parking is available. Breakfast was good with limited choices. The room was very spacious even after they provided extra bed for my 3.5 years old daughter. The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was also nice, 30 min away from Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald area.

““Never stay here unless you don’t want to sleep all night.””
The electrical appliances in the room are not working, and there was also a smell in the room. There is an amusement park next to the hotel. If you don’t want to sleep, stay for the noise.

The TV and safe box is not working. The lamp is not working. Most importantly, there is an amusement park next to the hotel — choose this place only if you do not want to sleep.

A heartfelt review for the hotel Dear hotel team, Peace be upon you, and greetings of love and appreciation to every member of your wonderful team. First of all, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the smooth and fast check-in from the very first moment. This care made the beginning of our stay comfortable and stress-free, as if you were waiting for us with open arms. But honestly, what made my experience unforgettable — truly exceptional in every sense of the word — was one young staff member. Her name is Lidija. My friend, this girl was more than wonderful. She was indescribably friendly, kind like a sister, and as cooperative as an old friend. The way she treated me and my wife was full of respect and warmth, to the point that we felt we weren't in a hotel — we felt we were in our second home, even in the home of family and friends. Truly, Lidija made us feel warm and safe. She is a living example that a caring employee is the real secret to any place's success. May God reward her with all goodness. As for the room, I can only say: how beautiful it was! It was warm, impressively clean, and the stunning view of the lake gave the heart a sense of peace and indescribable calm. The cleanliness I saw with my own eyes made me stand in respect for the hardworking team behind the scenes. Because of these beautiful feelings, I will continue to advise everyone I know — all my friends and family — not to think twice about any other hotel when visiting your beautiful city.
