Absolutely loved our stay at Met House! The location is incredible—right on the beach with stunning views. The staff were beyond amazing and made us feel so welcome, especially Joy, who went out of her way to help us and made everything even better. The breakfast was next-level delicious with so much variety—fresh fruit, fluffy pancakes, and amazing crepes every morning! The only small thing to note is that Bikini Beach isn’t all sand, as there’s quite a bit of coral, so it’s a good idea to bring water shoes or sea sandals. Other than that, everything was perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Easily the best spot on the Island! The location could not be better, right on bikini beach just next to Cokes Surf Break and many beachfront restaurants to choose from. My partner and I spent 8 nights at the Met House and would definitely go back. The team at the Met House are what made the experience for us. Darina (the host at the time), was an absolute legend and could not have been more helpful and friendly! Anything we needed or wanted to do she organised and made it happen and was always available when we needed her. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible time. She even held yoga classes for me at sunrise which I would highly recommend doing if you enjoy yoga. She’s a highly experienced teacher and just a wonderful human. The rest of the team Badil and Mohammad were also incredibly friendly and helpful and provided us with a delicious breakfast every morning (fresh fruit, eggs, toast etc or a traditional Maldivian option too) as well as additional extras that was above and beyond our expectations (focaccia in the afternoons, refreshing drinks etc). They were trustworthy, always available to help and provided us with everything we needed. The room was comfortable, air conditioned and cleaned daily. Once again, a 10/10 team at the Meg House, Thankyou Darina, Badil and Mohammad, for an incredible and memorable stay, we couldn’t have asked for more! We will be back!

Location on the beach with views to both surf breaks, deluxe room was nice and roomy with a large bathroom and good shower. Bed super comfortable. Access to discounted massage next door. Breakfast was a good size. Requested local mashuni tuna coconut breaky which was accommodated gladly.

Very nice staff and great location. Beautiful sea view and nice breakfast area, everything well maintained. Transfer from Boat Jetty worker very well. Joy was always available if we needed anything we could easily text him or talk to him. Service was very good also for special requirements regarding early breakfast for example.

We had an unforgettable 4-nights stay at Met House. Joy was very responsive and thorough in WhatsApp correspondence, helping with airport boat booking and with any other enquiry during our stay. Guesthouse location on the island is perfect, right on the most beautiful spot of the beach. Sandy bikini beach equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, hammocks. Paradise fishes, crabs, crystal clear turquoise water, ideal for snorkelling. Swim shoes are the must. We saw dozens of dolphins in a close proximity to the shore couple times. What really made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. The team was so friendly, attentive, always present on premises, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special and sincere thanks to Badil, your kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail truly enhanced my experience. You are amazing! It’s rare to encounter such dedication, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care you showed. Our room had huge windows with sea view, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The room doesn't have a TV, but who needs one when you can listen to the sound of the waves? Wifi was adequate. Shower was ok, warm water, desalinated, with a slight scent. We spent all days swimming and sunbathing, exploring the island, and enjoying the local cafes. Time flies different here, there’s no rush—just the gentle pull of time slowing down, allowing to completely unwind and enjoy yourself. Breakfast at Met House each morning was a treat, with a great variety of fresh fruit, also eggs, toasts and spreads. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and I can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Met House was simply amazing. The place is really great, directly on the bikini beach with private sunbeds. The room was quite spacious, with a comfortable bed. Joy is a great manager, he was really friendly and helpful. He has arranged great excursions for us, even when we asked about them just the evening before. The island is also really nice, not crowded (we were there before high season), but there were many places where we could go for dinner.
