I was bombarded with emails when I booked the property from the host. The process could of been made way simpler that’s why I use booking The property manager lied to the other guests and said they had talked to to me (when they hadn’t) to gain access to the apartment The 3 single beds in the loft was a generous term. Would be fine for young kids but struggled to fit an adult
