“No customer service”
No pony in using booking.com. The Managing agent sent constant impersonal automated text and emails. Couldn’t get into the property until I sent my credit card and driving licence on line!!!! When I phoned them (twice) they did not want to talk and direct everything on line!

“Epic apartment”
Epic apartment. Great location, and really well fitted out. Seems to have had a very recent renovation, and was really well set up for our family of 5 with lots of nice little touches Lots of space, great views and close to everything. Thank you.
