Located in the heart of Thredbo Village, Mowamba is just 5 minutes’ walk from restaurants, shops and bars. It offers a private balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. There are ski racks and a ski drying room on site. This apartment features a spacious living area with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a DVD player. It also includes an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The large kitchen offers an oven, stove and dishwasher. Full laundry facilities are also provided. Mowamba Thredbo Village is 15 minutes’ walk from Friday Flat’s ski hire and ski lifts. It is 30 minutes’ drive from Jindabyne.

Layout of apartment and location And having a dedicated parking spot. The bathroom bottles of body wash etc were great. The range of bags for bins and all cleaning accessories in kitchen draw were great. The clothes washing machine was great but some basic info would be helpful - even the manual is not clear on resetting the wash preference eg press two buttons simultaneously to clear settings - as switching to off was not enough to reset. I had to ring and get assistance. Drying room was great including the numerous posts for boots and gloves .

A few things not working. Broken tap in one of bathrooms. Sliding balcony door jammed. Empty pump soap.

“Fantastic location and great apartment only let down somewhat by the cleaning”
The location is amazing - right in the heart of Thredbo Village. The apartment is good and well fitted, particularly for skiing I'm sure. The kitchen included everything we needed and is really nicely laid out. It was strangely cold for summer in Thredbo and the heating in the apartment is excellent. There is loads of storage space in each room. The drying space, too, is a great bonus.

Great location, really central in Thredbo. The apartment was roomy and light. Nice large dining table, and good facilities in the apartment.
