“Overall a great location to access Thouars and the country side around it.”
The location was great for us, easy parking outside the house, There was a great café , coffee shop in the courtyard of the premises. If you like coffee, your in heaven. The house was great, beds comfortable, clean etc. The balcony looking out from the main living room was great to have , when it was open , the breeze was helpful, with the heat. The construction works to the new park area, out side were not a hindrance.

“Disappointing and will avoid at all costs”
Did not like anything about the place. The location was near to the centre of town but the town was mostly shut. Looked like many of the businesses had moved away. There was a McDonalds, Burger King and Boulangerie Louise about 5-8 mins drive away. Limited restaurant options and opening hours in town.

“Great place to stay in the centre of Thouars”
Lovely, clean, and spacious apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. And to mention the big television and settee area with the big kitchen table made it even more convenient to relax. Wifi in all rooms of the apartment. A bathroom with shower and toilet on each floor, and very comfortable beds. Free parking in front of the apartment and a supermarket just across the square. Communication with the letting person, Valerie, was excellent.

“A lovely roomy apartment”
incredibly spacious and well equipped. I was not expecting a washing machine. we did not use the kitchen much but it was great to see that it included the things you need such as oil and seasonings.

“The beds were the highlight.”
Cant say enough about this place. The beds were soooo comfortable and the apartment was impeccable. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a balcony overlooking the square. Highly recommend.
