We specifically decided to book here bc of the big pool. When we arrived we found out the pool is not available and the receptionist didn't inform us at all when we booked so we drove 3 hours for nothing! When we decided to go somewhere else with a pool she gave us just a partial refund and kept booking commission... very unfair and unprofessional. Moreover the place was extremely dirty with trash all around... do not recommend at all

“Lovely place to stay, let down by lack of breakfast”
I loved this place. Sure the decor is a bit dull but the bed was comfy and clean. Sure there were a few bugs but you're in the Thai jungle here. The pool was excellent.

I loved everything! It's close to the city. There are two 7-Elevens nearby. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning is quiet. There's a barbecue area nearby. The pool is great and large. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, fan, coffee and tea bags, and two bottles of water. The kitchen has a microwave for heating up food.

“E-Tong at its best”
It is the third time that I have booked the accomodation on e-Tong. The friendliness of the owners is inredible. So are the views and is the food in this remote part of Thailand.

“Mountain retreat with stunning views”
We stayed in the sweet right next to the pool, the views of the surrounding mountains were spectacular,the pool was a nice size for my 11 year old daughter very clean, staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us. I will definitely stay again

“A good experience”
Globally this was really good, the kind of place you don’t want to leave. Comfortable, clean, decorated with taste. A/C and fridge well appreciated. A bottle of water would be welcome.

“Nice, quiet place with lot of greenery around.”
Breakfast was not included. Fine swimming pool. Generally was treating resort as sleeping place only. Rest of the time we were spending for travelling around. It's good and easy accessible base for roaming around Kanchanaburi.

“Peaceful & Serene”
The breakfast was great, and they cook additional items upon request. This resort is centrally located to everything. It is very easy to get into and out of the resort. There is ample parking, open and overhead. The property staff respond very quickly to messages and phone calls. This is the place to stay. I have stayed many places in the vicinity over the years, but for some reason didn't check this place out. The loft rooms afford a beautiful view of the mountain tops with the clouds descending upon the mountains. We will stay there again and again.
