“Regardless some faults, I'd definitely go back”

The flat is spacious and the layout functional. The wardrobes are tiny, but there is enough space to leave the luggage open on the floor. The living room provides a comfortable place to wait for the rain to end, if that's the case. Windows are huge and overlook nice greenery or the pool, this you never feel like you are closed inside. All rooms open on a small pool: a nice touch to further unwind back from the beach or for a plunge before heading there. Towels for the pool are provide. The beach is very close and the villas have direct access through a private path. The Wi-Fi works well. Several bars on the beach, make self-catering not necessary (although there is a kitchenette) even if you decided on not renting a vehicle. Daily cleaning and changing of bed linens, but you need to be about around 10:00 in the morning.

Location was excellent. A couple of hundred yards walk to the beach, with a great choice of eateries.

Lovely private pool. Fantastic location, Thong Nai Pan Yai was a beautiful beach. There were some cool little restaurants/bars on the beach Flip Flop was our favourite. There is a restaurant that’s a hike up the side of the hill, it’s called 2CB. I assume you can drive up to it but we walked up through the ‘jungle’. We got numerous bites & were sweating when we got to the top, but my god it was worth it. One of the best views I’ve ever seen in any restaurant in the world! The food was delicious too. Back to T Villas-comfortable beds, helpful staff, would definitely stay again

Very close to the beach. The owner is very helpful and available She was able to organize our taxis to the pier and other places we wanted to go to. It's a quiet area

The property was beautiful, we loved the private pool and spacious room with en suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is definitely away from all the hustle and bustle so we loved that as it was quiet and relaxing with the beach only a 5 minute walk from the villa. 5 stars all around.

“Lovely villas on the best beach”

We had the 2 bedroom villa on the top (t1) with little sea view, very nice. Clean and modern house and the best comfy beds and pillow ever! Lovely private pool. Kitchen in Thai style so simple but it was ok. Cleaning every other day. I guess the one bedroom villas were newer (but had no sea view because lower). Propriety very kind and arranged motorbikes and last minute taxi to the pier. Position is super convenient, a little private path brings you to the best beach in phangan, in a minute. On the beach so many cheap restaurants where to chill all day (we loved the ones on the left hand side, especially Nice Beach restaurant). Also a minimarket right on the beach . Loved the amazing sea and romantic atmosphere . It’s true that you need motorbike to 7/11 and street food but even if we had one, we just loved walking on the beach day and night (very safe) and found all we needed in 5 days. Way better than Haad rin and any other place.

Awesome property. Private and nice. But they charged extra for cleaning as if we were meant to clean dishes and throw out garbage in bags. Not sure why as this is included in the high price of the stay. But awesome property, very close to the beach.

The villa was absolutely stunning, very modern, and beautifully designed. The bed was comfortable, and the pool was fantastic. The pool was cleaned the day we arrived. However, some facilities were a bit worn, such as hooks and fixtures in the bathroom. The location was truly idyllic, but three nights were enough for us. It was quite peaceful and a bit "dead." We had a moped delivered for rental, which was perfect for getting around the area. --- The villa was absolutely stunning, boasting a very modern and beautifully designed interior. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the pool was fantastic—cleaned on the day of our arrival. Although some amenities showed signs of wear, particularly the hooks and fixtures in the bathroom, the overall ambiance was superb. The location was truly idyllic, offering a serene and peaceful retreat. However, we found that three nights were sufficient to enjoy what the area had to offer. The place was quite tranquil and somewhat "dead," making it perfect for those seeking a quiet getaway. The convenience of having a moped delivered for rental was ideal, allowing us to explore the surroundings easily. This added a sense of adventure and convenience to our stay, making it even more enjoyable.

The serenity and the quite as well as the facilities. The Villa is well designed, very spacious and has a good air conditioner in it. The pool is also great.

“Fabulous villa with private pool”

We booked this villa at the last minute after our original booking on a different beach on Koh Phangan proved unsuitable (it lacked air-conditioning and we were there during an intense heat wave). This place is a dream. The villa is gorgeous, spacious, spotlessly clean, well furnished and built using really high quality materials. Everything is top class. The bed was amazingly comfy, the kitchen very nicely equipped, and the private infinity plunge pool was just amazing. The villa is literally yards away from a beautiful beach and supplies can be bought at the small village nearby that was within walking distance. The villa was cleaned almost daily, new towels provided several times during our 5 day stay, the pool was beautifully maintained, as were the grounds. The manager lives nearby and was always available if we had questions or concerns. She even arranged to have our laundry done. By Thai standards, it is relatively expensive, but we absolutely loved our stay here and felt it was definitely worth the expense.

Spacious, clean, cool (great air con) comfortable beds, friendly staff, convenient for the beach and food/drinks. Great what’s app delivery for food from a nearby bar. The pool was wonderful.

Perfect place. Felt like home. Very modern. Only kitchen says you are in Thailand :)) AC in all rooms, spotless clean, super comfy beds and pillows, quiet, close to the beach. We got a villa on top of the mountain and could see the sea. We were able to check in arround 12. A big THANK YOU because we were travelling with 3 kids.

Villa is super clean, close to the beach. Tip the host was very nice and arranged everything so it would be good for us. bed is super comfortable!! Definitely would recommend this villa! *notice that it is located not in the center so it is easier to get a motorbike or a car.
