“Heaven at Havana”

This place is a real gem. Laid back, relaxing, peaceful. The list goes on. Clean pool, great food, fantastic bar on the beach, fantastic rooms. We were right on the front, pool to our left (never noisy), restaurant in front (just as peaceful), and the bar and beach to our right (all equally tranquil). Halfway down the beach is a shop with everything you need. Good food, good service, friendly staff. Only there for 3 nights, we will stay much longer next time.

We liked the hotel. Peaceful hotel and very peaceful village overall. The beach had beautiful sand and was free of waves throughout our stay. The hotel team was very caring, cleaning was done daily. Well suited for a peaceful family vacation.

Very clean spacious room located just 2 mins walk from a lovely beach for swimming and dining. Breakfast was very good, and staff were exceptional all round, very friendly and helpful for organising day trips and transfers.

The staff were outstanding and helpful. It’s well built and maintained and the pool is large, very clean and private. The atmosphere was very laid back. Lots of thoughtful details.

Amazing hotel mainly for group and family travellers. The beach in front of the hotel was spectacular. Facilities were fantastic ! Staff we ok , nothing special . If you wish you recharge this is the right spot for you

The resort is far from all and very quiet. The hotel staff is very nice, laughing. The extra such as the Thai massages are so good (and not expensive)

the manager behaviour is so bad.he doesn't know what he is doing? though i paid online through booking.com but he said i need to pay dim directly.can you imagine how frustrating is that.then i made a complaint against him on booking.com then he later said ok i don't need to pay and refund my money.he is behaving like we made a mistake by booking there.because of his attitude my whole stay become really upsetting all the time so better avoid that place.
