Incredible infinity pool overlooking forest and beach. Super clean, large space with well stocked fridge. Location walkable down to the village and beach (10 mins) but still high enough for views. Lovely breakfast included

“Bliss!!”

Everything: the villa was immaculate, spacious, with a large lounge area by the pool. The mini bar was well stocked:-)) The view was mesmerising. Both beaches were lovely, and the free shuttles up and down were definitely a bonus! Beds very comfy! Great showers! The breakfast was excellent, with a choice of a cooked dish and a big plate of various fruits. Coffee was great too The staff was very kind and Saffy truly made us feel at home.

“Best experience ever”

I just cannot recommend this place enough. First of all, the villa was fantastic. Unbeatable views, clean and big pool, a few different areas to rest in the terrace. The villa was clean, well maintained. Housekeeping everyday. Communication with Julanee and Saffy was always easy and fast - they were always so friendly and helpfull, they helped to arrange a pick up from the pier and to rent a car that was delivered basically to our door. Another highlight was breakfast - so many great and healthy choices from the menu, huge portions, fresh fruit of our choice as a dessert everyday. One day we left very early for a tour and we were definetly very sad that we missed breakfast. If we ever go back to Koh Phangan… I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Just book one of these villas and you will feel the same.

Everything exceeded our expectations: the standard of the villa, the beautiful views, the amazing breakfast - perfect! Saffy was a wonderful host, always on hand to arrange the free lifts to and from the villages. Such a nice touched. The mini bar was really well stocked and reasonably priced so it saved us having to think about shopping. We loved both Lai and Noi beaches with all the lovely restaurants. Absolute heaven and would love to come back.

“A little slice of paradise”

Everything. The space was amazing, indoors and outdoors. The view from the private veranda was paradise. The staff were friendly and helpful, they couldnt do enough for us. The room was well stocked with food, drinks and snacks for us to purchase. The location was lovely and peaceful in the hills. Close to 2 villages with shops, restaurants and beach access which we had free transport to get to and from. We favoured Thong Nai Pan Yai beach. The on site coffee shop which served our breakfast was lovely. The best coffee and Thai tea we had all trip and the breakfast options were great and delicious.

The property was in a good area right between the two beaches. You could reach places by walk or use the free driver service provided.

The pool with a view was amazing. The rooms were fully equipped and very comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. The nearby beaches are beautiful, this side of the island is much quieter, which was a plus for us. Thank you!

“Amazing stay”

We had an amazing stay and would love to come back again some day! Everything about the villa is great - the view, the infinity pool, the beds, bathrooms, outdoor seating, mini bar (fully stocked with snacks and drinks which are sold at reasonable prices) and the peace and quiet. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the pool is in full sun for most of the day. Our host, Saffy, was super friendly and helpful - she co-ordinated transfers, gave us recommendations, organised a scooter for us, was accommodating and ensured we got the most out of our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, there's lots of choice on the menu and we had plenty to eat (especially lots of delicious fruit). There are two lovely beaches nearby which take a few minutes to reach on a scooter, as well as convenience stores, restaurants, massage places etc. It was a perfect and peaceful stay.

“Beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, and comfortable stay”

Amazing view, a nice pool, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and a perfect (!) breakfast, you can choose from the menu, including 2 drinks and fruit plate. You can ask for transfer to Nai Village, which is very convenient, when you are going for dinner. A beautiful, slightly wild Yai Beach is nearby — we recommend going to the far right end, where you’ll find a quiet sandy area in the shade, small play ground. The place is ideal for families with children. It is a bit remote, but we truly enjoyed the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The host, Evelyn, is very kind and helpful. She is from England, so communication is easy. Food delivery is available if you don’t feel like going out. If we ever return to Koh Phangan, we would definitely choose this villa again.

Our stay at the villa was great! The villa had all the necessary amenities and was very cosy and the mini bar was a great addition. We loved the breakfast. Plenty of dishes to choose from and all were delicious. We would also like to thank to Saffy and Julanee for being amazing and caring hosts. Saffy was always there for us which we really valued.

Everything was just perfect for some very relaxing days on this island. All the staff were excellent, we were absolutely spoilt with the amazing breakfast and vast menu. The mini bar in the room was very popular. The pool was perfect after a walk back up to the villa from the beaches. Excellent options for dinner at both beaches. We appreciated the free shuttle to get back in the evenings. Would love to come back some time if we can.

“Glamorous villa with views to die for”

The view from the villa of the hillside down to the beach was breathtaking. The bedrooms were massive with panoramic views. Well stocked mini bar. Amazing bespoke breakfast supplied in their own cafe. Lovely hosts who provided free lifts to towns and back until 10pm ! Really special place 😊 would score it higher if I could

The pool was Amazing, plenty of sun until 3pm then it was shaded. Great breakfast. Comfy beds. Plenty of space. Lovely bathroom and shower. 15 minute walk from beaches but free shuttle to either beach which we used a few times.

We really enjoyed staying in Baan View Talay Pool Villas. The place is truly beautiful and charming. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is such warm and welcoming people. We will definitely recommend this place 🩷🩷
