It is very clean and the facielities a simple but in very good shape. The staff is friendly and the bungalows are in a beautiful garden. The beach is very close and you can go for dinner in few mintes.

Tremendous place. Absolutely tremendous. And I don’t use that word lightly. Right beside the beach, and let me tell you, it’s a beautiful beach. The kind of beach people travel thousands of miles for. Soft sand, incredible atmosphere. Very tranquil. The cabin is a gorgeous wood cabin. Really classy. The wood is strong, not the cheap stuff, not the flimsy nonsense you see in other places. You stay here and listen to the sounds of nature, the breeze moving through the trees. It’s like nature itself is performing a private concert. And it’s all for you. Nobody does tranquility like this place. Other places try, they fail. You walk into the room and say, “Wow, this is nice.” They’ve got a fan and mosquito nets on the windows. They’ve thought of everything. Outside there’s a hammock, a table, chairs. You sit there, you breathe in that ocean air, and you think big thoughts. That’s the kind of energy this place gives you. They give you a kettle along with coffee sachets. The room has a beautiful green color scheme. Green curtains and a green tiled toilet floor. Coordinated. Tasteful. Designers would be impressed. People would say, “Who did this? This is very nice.” There’s a rail to hang your clothes Everything has its place. The bed is comfortable and firm. Not too soft where you sink in and regret it. Not too hard where you wake up upset. It’s perfect. You sleep like a champion. Push-pin style lock on the door. You close it and you feel safe immediately. Safety is very important to me and this place understands that. And the owners are fantastic people. Helpful, friendly, total professionals. They helped us book onward transport to the other side of the island. Winners. Absolute winners. You don’t meet people like that everywhere. Overall an incredible stay. A huge success. Five stars.

The hotel is literally 60 seconds walk to the beach. The rooms are large and have everything you need. The bed in my aircon room was so comfy. Highly recommended for folks looking for super-ideal location, clean and comfortable rooms, and a budget-friendly hotel. Really nice staff.

Location, few minutes walk to beach and village with restaurants . Stayed in the room with aircon. …Very comfortable and clean. Owners/staff very friendly. Provided daily water and coffee sachets. I would recommend and will stay again .

Close to the beach. However we liked Yai Beach better as Noi a little pretentious. Easy to walk into village. We rented scooter and mooched back to Yai more relaxing walking along beach at night.

The location is really good, and the bungalow was just as described – basic but at a fair price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also tried the massages and they were great – very relaxing and professional. A nice overall experience if you’re looking for something simple in a great spot.

Perfect location a minute to the beach. The bungalow was bigger than expected with a super comfortable and large bed. Lovely trees and plants around. Thank you for a nice stay!

Sandee Bungalows are set in beautifully kept shady jungle gardens. The detached bungalows are basic but clean, comfortable and very affordable. The place is peaceful and calm and very well run by our sweet hosts. It is very close to the beach and right on the edge of the village with it’s shops, spas and restaurants. If you want an authentic travelling stay on Koh Phangan, I’d recommend it.
