“Excellent stay with outstanding service and very helpful staff throughout”

Absolutely fantastic stay. Everything was arranged in advance via WhatsApp, including boat transfers to the island and airport, port-to-hotel transfer, and any assistance we needed. Ahmed welcomed us on arrival with fresh coconut and flowers on the bed, and after check-in took us on a free island tour, showing us beaches, shops and restaurants. Complimentary bottled drinking water and mosquito repellent were provided, and the property is just a few minutes from one the most beautiful beach on the island (this is the only beach you want to go to). Breakfast was very tasty with a decent buffet selection, and dinners were served (I personally would have appreciated more fish and seafood, but that is just a matter of preference). We also went shark and manta diving, which was offered by the hotel and led by Ahmed’s brother – another amazing experience. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind, especially a young short kitchen staff member. We also loved the beautiful parrots living at the property.

Lovely hotel, very close to the beach, nice view from the balcony. It was fairly clean, rooms refreshed every day, towels changed. Drinking water was available 24/7. Few parrots right in front of the hotel, great experience for kids. We took half-board, breakfasts and dinners were really delicious, huge portions. Staff was amazing, they went extra mile, always asked in advance what to prepare for a child for dinner, and also for adults, asking about any dietary restrictions. And they manage to notice my mum's birthday and surprise her with a cake after dinner to wish her happy bday, that was really really an amazing detail from their side.

“Highly Recommended: A Fantastic Stay at Rihiveli”

I totally recommend this hotel! Everything about our stay was high quality, and the staff is what truly makes this place special. Service and Staff The guys running the hotel are incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. They are always ready to help you with anything you might need. I would give the staff a perfect 10/10! Rooms The rooms are very clean, and the bathrooms are kept in excellent condition as well. It felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Dining Experience A very thoughtful gesture was our first night; they offered us a complimentary dinner at the hotel buffet. The food was delicious, and the girls working at the restaurant were super friendly. The breakfast is buffet-style and more than sufficient. While there isn't an overwhelming number of dishes, what they offer is high quality and definitely enough to start your day. It’s 100% worth it. Activities One of the staff members arranged bicycles for us so we could explore the island. We rented them for $5 a day. The bikes were in great condition, very high quality, and easy to ride. Overall If you are looking for a place with great service and a welcoming atmosphere, this is it. I highly recommend it!

“Everything you need in Thoddoo.”

The staff is so nice and helpful. They will pick you up, drop you off, give you all the information you need and more. Snorkeling equipment is free. We did the half day tour and it was perfect. The closest access to the beach is just 5 minutes away by walking, while the “main” bikini beach is around 15 mins away. Wifi works. The food was also good. We will definitely come back in the future :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Rihiveli Residence Thoddoo, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the owners and staff was exceptional. They made us feel welcome with a complimentary delicious dinner on our first day, which set the tone for a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, but what truly stole the show was the stunning view of the palm grove from our terrace. One of the highlights of our stay was the excursions provided by the hotel. They offered a range of activities that allowed us to explore the island, nearby reefs and sandbanks. The combination of warm hospitality, beautiful view, and exciting excursions made our stay great there.

Room was cleaned on everyday basis. Free bicycles, masks and fins. Owner was responsive for all of our requests.

Everything ! It was clean and spacious. There was a big balcony with a nice view to the tropical forest. But we liked the staff in the residence the most! They are so kind and caring. We will definitely come back soon!

I rarely write reviews, but with such outstanding service, I just can't help but give a perfect 10! I want to thank the hotel team for their warm welcome. They have their own speedboat that takes you from the airport to the island. At the start of the island, an electric bus picks you up and brings you directly to the hotel. What follows is a delightful surprise and a seamless check-in to a cozy room with panoramic windows, refreshing air conditioning, and a stunning view. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for: The complimentary island tour. The fact that the most beautiful beach on the island is just steps away from the hotel. The delicious breakfasts and dinners. The daily room cleaning. The nighttime fishing experience. Atif’s assistance with excursions, where he acted as a guide and ensured everything went smoothly. The team also provides plenty of free snorkeling gear, including masks, fins, and vests, which was fantastic. Special thanks for surprising my brother with a birthday cake—it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Atif, Ahmed, and the entire team—you’re the best! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

its lovely place in the Jungle, checkin was provided immediately when we arrived and we got coconut for invitation, also room was very cleanly and decoration for invitation. Guys was really helpfull and on hotel you can rent diving equipment for free.

“AMAZING ISLAND AND NICE HOTEL”

new clean hotel, with a good location and great staff. They met me at the airport, sent me with speedboat. Met me on the island with a buggy, took me to the hotel. Excellent service. The first day they gave me a compliment in the form of a delicious dinner! Athief is a handsome guy, well done. he drove me around the island, showed me everything and took me beautiful photos, videos with a drone. He supervised me throughout my vacation. Athief a special big thank you to you. You can take a bike, masks and fins. The hotel is very conveniently located closer to the beach. The island is very beautiful and clean. If will come back to Thoddoo, then only to this hotel.

Very new hotel with new facilities. Lots of spaces, shelves, and hooks in our room to store things. Room was comfortable with good AC and functional balcony. Staff was super friendly and helpful, appreciate their help with all our questions.

We had an unforgettable week at Rihiveli Residence. The experience was simply superb! The staff was incredibly attentive and hospitable, always ready to assist with any of our requests. The room was spacious, with a stunning view of the sea, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Overall, the experience was mixed. The positives included the cleanliness of the room and the convenient location of the hotel near the beach. We enjoyed excellent service at the hotel restaurant, where culinary masterpieces simply amazed the imagination. And how they celebrated my birthday, you have to see it to believe it. We will definitely come back here again and again!

“Heavenly delight”

an incredible modern hotel, with the best location on the island, the closest hotel to the most beautiful beach is a three-minute walk away, wonderful views of palm groves from the balcony, the hotel is perfectly clean, the room has everything there are cleaning products, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, tea, coffee, water. I would like to highlight the staff, they are young guys who were very kind to the hotel residents, they will fulfill various requests, we had a feeling of ease, as if we were staying there not for the first time... I recommend travelers to order breakfast at this hotel, since all cafes on the island do not open earlier at 13 o'clock in the afternoon, this hotel prepares the most delicious breakfasts on the island We booked and stayed in two different hotels on the island...there is something to compare with, Rihiveli residence thoddoo-You are the best!

“Delightful experience”

Really nice and comfortable place. Staff are very attentive and helpful in any situation. Room was equipped with all kinds of tools you need. Coffee and tea are always available at the lobby/garden.

“The best place to stay in Thoddoo”

The property is nested in pristine jungle a bit further away from the busy streets and closer to the beach area. There’s a bit of construction happening outside, which does not interfere with you having a great time. The hotel is being run by a highly friendly hospitable family with all the members taking part in looking after you - they are cooking, cleaning, showing you round the island, arranging tours for you, speed boats if you want to explore other places, everyone speaks perfect English. The rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. There is a no plastic policy in the hotel, which also makes it environmentally friendly. Tea, coffee and breakfast are available in a comfortable lobby area. You can also rent bikes (including bikes with child seats). The staff are very friendly with the kids as well, i could even sometimes leave my son with them while working, which was extremely convenient. The wifi connection allowed me to hold multiple zoom sessions. All in all, i highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to explore this beautiful welcoming island!

It was a wonderful vacation, we were met by the owners of the hotel, their business also includes their own speedboat, so the journey was quick from the airport on a fast boat, 1.10 minutes across a very beautiful ocean went unnoticed, the hotel is new, very good bed linen in the room, drinking water, excellent internet, air conditioning, refrigerator (on the island there are plantations with fruit and very tasty restaurants), gorgeous breakfasts, unlimited coffee and tea, a pleasant surprise were bicycles, snorkeling masks and fins, which are also included in the price, in this hotel they will create a special mood for you and will always help you ❣️for example my phone got wet and the hotel found a solution, there are umbrellas from the rain, fish that are caught especially for you and cooked, snow-white sand, palm trees, reefs with fish and turtles, the ocean and sunsets, exotic fruits grown on the island, this is what we are going for here, but with Rihiveli residence Thoddoo, our vacation became truly comfortable, we will definitely come back here if you have questions, you can always ask Atif +960 957-2544 It was wonderful
