You need to improve the front desk. My bill was 22,400 BDT but front desk deducted 222,411. You have to be improve the front desk.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Osel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal. Not too far from the city center, but very quiet.

“very good hotel for a comfortable stay in clean and healthy environment.”
Location was excellent. Rooms were spacious. Hotel and rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful and understanding. Sharmila at the reception and Tina in the restaurant were considerate and eager to please going out of their way with suggestions and explanations. View from the rooms was beautiful.

“Good Start in Bhutan at Thimpu with osel”
location,big rooms ,lift attached to go to 3rd floor.Breakfast was decent and the staff specially Nina( hope I am remembering it properely) was so good.she makes guests so comfortable and goes out of her way to make a memorable stay
