The customer service at Norbu is excellent. They made sure my booking was confirmed and picked me up from the airport. The staff us exceptionally kind and helpful. The bed comfortable and as an extra bonus, they have an in-house wellness centre where I got a superb and much-needed massage treatment after my long flight. Highly recommend this hotel 🏨 👌
