“Recommended - just avoid doing laundry!”
The hotel is clean and modern, and while it's a little further away from the centre of Thimphu this usually won't matter since you need a driver to do most things anyway. My room was comfortable, with a heater and heated mattress to stay cosy on the colder nights. The staff were friendly and helped me book tours and taxis. The food was good and the portions were large. It was a little too cold to use when I visited but the rooftop lounge looked lovely as well. All in all I think this hotel is a great choice for the price.

Everything, I fell sick on my first day of arrival in Bhutan and requested an early check in and they accommodated me without any question. During my stay , they constantly checked on me and asked if im feeling better and if i needed anything. The heated mattress was a life saver to me. All the ladies attended with a big smile and were very respectful. I didn't get their names but Thank you so much to all the ladies in Ludrong Hotel for a top notch hospitality.

“Amazing stay in Thimphu”
One of the best hotels I’ve ever been. Staff was super friendly, room was very clean and the location was perfect. Just outside of the city centre of Thimphu.

“Exceptional hotel- comfortable and relaxing stay”
We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s affordable with exceptionally clean rooms, great food, and staff that go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Thimphu!
