“No value for money”
The staff were unfriendly and largely unorganised. Upon arrival, they couldn't figure out our booking even after showing them the booking confirmation email. Additionally, the receptionist had poor customer engagement skills-she was stuck on her phone while attending to us. We felt like intruders. The facilities were below standards. The shower for example had poorly done electric connection punctuated with exposed live cables-very risky. The bed was broken and shaky while the bathroom door needed some attention. Decorations and lights, frequently found in similar hotels, were conspicuously missing. Overall,The facilities don't offer value for money.
