“Never use this hotel again”
No staff on site, when booked received text message from Moroccan number asking for card details which I assumed was spam. Arrived onsite to find had to ring reception which was in Morocco & once payment was completed through booking.com never received call back as promised & never got to actually stay in the hotel. Have also requested invoice twice with no reply

“Had requested a partial refund from the hotel and also direct to Booking.com but have heard nothing”
Nobody on reception, in fact there was nobody in the hotel. Had to phone an emergency number we saw on the wall to speak to someone. Booked 3 twin rooms and was told we could have 2 x 3 bed rooms. Advertised there was a bar and restaurant but no there wasn't. A lady came in to sort out breakfast, we had one baguette between 6 of us, some jam and yogourt.
