Located in the Thiersee in the Landl Valley - Riedenberg at 1,000 metres above sea level, the Bichlhof is a traditional Tyrolean farmhouse surrounded by forests and meadows. It includes a garden with an outdoor pool. Mountain bike and hiking trails start right outside. The traditionally furnished rooms and apartments have a balcony or terrace overlooking the mountains, a seating area, satellite TV, a shower/toilet or a separate bathroom with shower/toilet and a hairdryer. Felt like home. The owners are very helpful and made sure we have everything we needed. Breakfasts are amazing too - with the great view on the mountains. Dog wasn’t a problem at all. The only thing you must be aware of are the cows that are on many random places in the mountains (ask the owners where are the best cow-free trips :) ). We highly recommend this accommodation to everyone who is looking for a friendly family atmosphere and accommodation with reasonable prices (rather than something luxurious).
