“Cheap place for staying with group of friends”
Ok, so this place used to be some inustrial building adapted now for a holiday home. It is quite spacious, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large open space on the ground floor, good to sleep 10+ people Village is quiet, nice place to stay and not far away from the beach and Perpignian. also we were able to leave our bikes inside Kitchen is rather well equiped, oven, 4 hobs, huge fridge, some pots... Washing machine and dryer, iron - that's more that we were expecting Considering the price, I still consider this very well equiped place

We never got to stay there, 20 minutes before our arrival the host told us our room "had a problem" and he was moving us to a different location. The problem he explained was that we would be "unsafe" because his other guests were young and partying, when he shared this information he new nothing about us, maybe we were young and partying as well. When we arrive he showed us the replacement property, it was a run down hotel that looked like it had been abandoned. This all occurred at 20:00 after we had driven 7 hours to arrive at the property. It was a horrible experience.

“Convenient place for a short stay.”
Contact with Gite Fatima was good and the owner arrived promptly after our arrival at the property. The shared kitchen/dining/lounge space was large and fully equipped. The private bathroom was clean and a better option than the shared facilities.

“Very mixed feelings…”
Very nice and interesting building and surroundings. Theza is a great little town. Lot of history. Big and beautiful park. Bathroom was modern and comfortable shower. Very nice kitchen with everything you need , lot of nice tea and coffee. You can wash clothes here. We also appreciated that the dog was welcome , even though it was not allowed. But according to booking.com it said it was allowed. I hope they change this in the system if the don’t want any pets there. We had to drive to another town and take out money from ATM to pay because the terminal did not work. It was a bit stressful but the owner apologized several times, so that was okay.
