Modern styled comfortable rooms. Silent location with a great mountain view. Very friendly and helpful host! Also you'll get a very good breakfast, and can order a great diner.

Hosts were extremely nice. Food was great. And the villa was super comfortable and the views were amazing.

I don’t think I’ve ever felt so welcome in a property. The owners went well beyond what was required. There was a mix up with the booking through booking.com and they sorted it immediately for us and cooked us a great meal after hours too. Breakfast delicious, location amazing! If we ever come back to Theth, we won’t be going anywhere else. 11 out of 10 thank you x

“Great Stay with very nice Hosts in a luxurious House.”

Amazing House with amazing views into the valley and mountains. The he Room had an amazing view as well. Modern and new Bathroom you share but it’s totally fine. The Food was prepared for dinner and was traditional and a must have experience. Breakfast was very good and filling.

The host Cristina and Luigi are the most friendly people we have ever stayed with. They cooked us the best local breakfast and diners and were always there for any questions or a small glas of Raki. Accommodation is new, good beds and spacious rooms, they also arranged a baby bed for our 1,5 year old. We could not understand the feedback of others on the road to the accommodation, if you navigate to the “wood Bridge” via the center of Theth it is just a 2 km gravel road. Easy to do with our rental station wagon! 100% recommended!

Hosts are very friendly and hospitable, site is very nice and clean. The food is fresh and abundant. Location is chamber which might be not good for everyone but it was excellent for us.

The check-in experience was very warm and welcoming. The gentleman assisting us (Luigi) was extremely kind, helped with our luggage, showed us the room, and was consistently friendly and smiling despite a language barrier. The property itself is beautifully located in a very green and mountainous area, with stunning views that make it feel peaceful and immersive in nature.

Everything they serve at breakfast is homemade and made with love. I cant say enough about how clean and tidy they keep the rooms. The couple who manages the hotel are the warmest and welcoming people, this was the highlight of our trip, we wish we could stay more. They try to make your stay more pleasant and easy for all ages even with carrying your luggage. Cant forget the welcoming drinks. We will be missing them for sure

A very clean and modern property, located on the outskirts of Teth (which is a plus, as I personally don’t find Teth very nice). The rooms are large with comfortable beds, and the bathroom is modern (with glass)

Beautiful modern property with really friendly and accommodating hosts. Language barrier was a little difficult but we made it work with google translate. They cooked delicious breakfast and the dinner menu was also good. Bed was really comfortable. Really good location in terms of accessing some of the major hikes. Great view of the valley and a really cute and funny dog.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was very clean, well-maintained, and spacious — plenty of room to feel comfortable. The hosts Luigji and Kristina are very, very warm and welcoming — true locals who have returned to develop and care for their land with love and dedication. The food was excellent; breakfast was rich and delicious, and the dinner offered tasty, regional dishes. The accommodation itself was beautiful, large, and spotless, located right in the middle of nature — very peaceful and relaxing. And of course, their dog Bella was so sweet! Truly the best place to stay — everything was just perfect! Thank you from our heart Luigj and Kristina 🙏☀️♥️ We will definitely come back and can warmly recommend your place.

The guesthouse is newly built, so everything is clean and new. It is located on a hill, which is 30 minute uphill walk from the village center. It is also in close proximity to starting points for some trails (Valbona pass, Peja lake via Peja pass). The guesthouse owners are friendly and helpful.
