We had a great time at Villa KRONI. The location is great, with beautiful mountain views. It was a 30 min easy walk to the city centre of Theth. The owners were very friendly and helpful, they even helped us with our car’s flat tire. The room was clean and cosy. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.

Everything! Don’t let the location put you off. It’s a 25 min walk away from town. You’re surrounding by the beautiful mountains. The host is incredible! The lovely lady prepared us one of the best meals we had, a hearty meal. We highly recommend having dinner at the guesthouse. The breakfast was really lovely too. Huge portions for dinner and breakfast. The room are fantastic! Everything looks new. If you’re not staying here you’re missing out!

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and surrounded by beautiful nature and mountains (about 2,5 km away from the centre of Theth, for us that was good because here it’s still calm and peaceful, without too many other tourists). The owners were also very friendly people. The breakfast (which is included in the price) was tasty (with fresh products from the village) and copious. All in all I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Villa Kroni was in a beautiful location. We had a lovely view from the garden and it was nice to lie in the hammock. Martin (I am not sure if that is his name) and his mother were very kind and helpful. They made sure we had plenty to eat. I am vegetarian and my friend has lots of allergies but they made sure we had enough food. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. They provided everything we needed. We would definitely recommend the villa to friends

The rooms were very clean and warm. There is everything you need to cook. They have even barbecue .The view from the vila was breathtaking. Close to the center. Highly recommended

We stayed here for 3 nights and wow- one of the best experiences I’ve had on booking.com. If you are wanting a cultural immersion and chance to see / be immersed in the beautiful national park this is the place to go/stay. The host Martin and his mother are gorgeous people who welcomed us and treated us like a member of the family. His mother cooked us a welcome traditional dinner the first night and Martin gave us home made raki and wine. They introduced us to their neighbours and family in the village. Martin showed us the house where his ancestors lived, including sharing photos and stories from that time. He also showed us the flour mill that the village used in the past. A friend of Martins allowed us to hand milk their cow - her new name is Bernie. The road to his house is not great. We had a very small, low to the ground rental car and yes we made it but with a larger car it would be a lot safer. The road is 3 km of gravel from the small village of Theth with large pot holes and a few stream crossings. I’m sure you can park your car in Theth and walk or get a ride to the villa. Don’t let this deter you! The house is small but has everything you need. Martin lit/kept a fire going for us so it was a very cozy place. He also lit an outside fire in the evenings and joined us for a drink each night. Martin does not speak English nor does his mother but this did not in any way hinder our experience. He made a huge effort and Google translated everything along with having friends on speeddile who he would call to translate. He made us feel very safe and looked after us each day in advising where to walk and which roads were safe. Could not speak highly enough of Martin, he is an incredible person and we loved staying/ getting to know him.
