“Difficult to reach”

Room was ok, nothing special.

Essentially we got a cold room with a bed, they did offer us blankets, but we were still freezing through the night, bathroom also had a hole in ceiling, making it colder. We weren’t given soap or anything, to wash our hands, did get toilet paper and towels. Family was super sweet tho. Few bugs in the room - understandable since you are in the middle of the mountains. Overall, come prepared :)

Such a lovely family who took care of us so well throughout our stay in Theth. The food was delicious and the room was spacious, clean and cosy. The view is incredible to wake up to as well! Would definitely recommend Te Oli Theth. Thank you!

“Superb!”

The nicest family guest house! The food was amazing and super cheap! Our hosts were very welcoming. We had really early snow and so the room was cold, but our hosts gave us plenty of blankets so we were cozy and warm. There was a friendly grandma next door who sold us some warm clothes as well, she was so nice! Shower was hot and the view was incredible!

Oliver and his wife made the entire experience so wonderful. The best part was chatting with them and of course, the food his wife made; without a doubt some of the best food we had our whole time in albania. The location was also incredible, being immersed in Albanian nature in a small village surrounded with animals.

“A Peaceful and Authentic Stay with Wonderful Hosts”

Oliver and his family were exceptional hosts, giving us a truly warm Albanian welcome with their friendliness and hospitality. Each day we enjoyed the home-cooked breakfast (700 ALL) and dinner (1200 ALL), both of which were excellent. Dinner included a wide range of traditional dishes, all fresh, authentic, and delicious. The accommodation itself was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom, though shared between four rooms, was also spotless and well-kept. The house is set on a peaceful private farm, which gave the stay a wonderfully authentic feel. The location is well-situated in Theth, and the view from the rooms was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Theth. We will certainly stay here again when we return.

Our host was friendly. The family house is welcoming and attentive. The surrounding scenery is lovely set in a rural location. It is close to mini markets for supplies. Dinner was offered at €12 and breakfast €7. We didn't eat with the family but the food smelled delicious 😋

Delicious homemade Meals Simple but clean and nice rooms.

You feel very welcome staying with Oliver and his family. They make sure your needs are met in every way, from making you feel at home to cooking the most amazing diner and breakfast to just the simple pleasures of interacting with the kids. Location is nice and quiet and the price is more then reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

The access with a standard car can be tricky

My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights at Oliver and his lovely wife's guesthouse. Everything was perfectly clean and the homecooked meals were very good! They are very considerate about gluten intolerance and cross contamination.

I really liked sitting on the porch and looking at the mountains. I also really liked the location because it feels slightly away from the main area but not too far from shops and the river. I also really enjoyed walking through the winding paths behind the back of buildings to get to the Te Oli. The service was really nice. The family running it are very friendly and willing to do a lot to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The food is home made and really tasty, particularly the fig jam. My friend also wanted to camp in the garden which they allowed for a very reasonable price. We stayed for 6 nights and as hosts they were very adaptable to what we needed. I recommend staying more than a couple of nights to really settle in the Theth and the area. We were also hosted very well by their 5 year old son Odeseo who taught us some Albanian and has very good English.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, with two cute young kids. They cooked an amazing dinner and breakfast and were happy to do so at any requested time! The room and bed was lovely and while there was no air-conditioning the thick stone walls kept the room cool.

The beautiful host family create a special and very pleasant atmosphere. The neighbors are nice as well, raising goats and making cheese, and the overall rustic environment and atmosphere are charming and authentic. The food Oliver and his wife serve is most delicious and plentiful! The location at the outskirts of town is close to several nice hiking trails. We arrived late, and Oliver made sure we found the entry.
