Overview
Set in a traditional stone house, Shpella Guesthouse Theth in set in the heart of village Theth, in Alabnian Alps. Boasting views of the mountain and surrounding greenery, the guesthouse also offers fresh and organic traditional food. The property provides rooms and dormitories decorated with stonewall elements and wooden ceilings. Traditional culinary is offered, with ingredients that are hand-picked from the garden. There is a wide variety of choices, starting from oven baked bread, cheese and other fresh dairy, honey, fruits and veggies. Blue Eye waterfall and water spring can be reached in a few minute walk away. Sights such as Kulla and the local church are set located just steps away from the property. Free private parking is available on site. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including cycling and fishing.

Amazing views. Nice terrace, the bed was comfortable and the window had blinds which is very helpful for a good night of sleep. Breakfast was good considering it's included but try to get it early.

“Great location, great food and ambience. Very clean and very affordable.”
The food in the restaurant was delicious and affordable, the beds were very comfortable and there was lots of natural light coming into the room. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, they remained attentive throughout our stay. The guesthouse was also close to the village and the hiking trails and other activities so I highly recommend Shpella.

“Absolutely amazing stay!”
I loved the big garden, the terras with view, the mountain bring right by, the delicious food, out bed was very bed and very comfortable with cotton sheets, a new bathroom, the rustic and authentic vibe of the guesthouse… We love dit here. Specially the staff! They were welcoming, listening and did action if we had a concern and were just awesome people! Thank you Andrea and team!

“Amazing place!”
The staff was super welcoming and helpful with any doubt about the hikes around. The room were nice and cozy, with super comfortable beds and clean facilities. Most places I’ve stayed in Albania offer free breakfast but this one was next level! A buffet breakfast with a big variety of of delicious food. I’ve also have dinner in their restaurant and was super affordable and delicious!

Accomodation was basic but clean and tidy. Onsite restaurant was great. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Views were beautiful.

“Begbugs”
We got bedbugs here. Please check the reviews on Google maps as well as they offer a discount if you cancel on booking so you can't leave a review. Hotel is quite far from the teth-valbone trail (closer to other trails, just good to know)
