Clean room, comfortable bed and functional bathroom. Peaceful location but still walking distance to Theth and major hikes. Good breakfast and fresh drinking water from the tap in the yard. Delicious dinner available in the guesthouse next door. Kind and helpful hosts, communication works even though they speak very little English.

We had a fantastic time! The hosts are very warm-hearted and incredibly nice and do everything to make your stay pleasant. They speak Italian, which for us made it possible to communicate a little bit. The room was very nice. It had a little balcony and the bed was very comfortable so that we always slept really well. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. In the guesthouse next door they serve a wonderful dinner which is a great option after a long days hike because that way you don't have to walk far or take the car. Bujtina Okoli is located in a very quiet neighborhood and offers stunning views into the mountains. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely book it again for another visit to Theth.

Cozy room with comfy bed. All new. Super friendly and welcoming host, always in good mood :) They can arrange dinner next door. Homemade delicius soup, then large plate of various types of food - homemade cheese, veg, meat etc. followed by freshly cut melon. We enjoyed it very much, just the meat was far too dry for our taste.

It’s the perfect stay after a long hiking tour or before. The host is really nice!:)

“Warm hospitality & a true family experience!!”

This stay was just perfect! The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, had a warm shower, a comfortable bed, and it gave us such cozy home vibes with good Wi-Fi too! The owner of the house & her cousins made us feel like part of the family. After we settled in, we sat outside at the table and they offered us homemade raki. We chatted about the mountains and life in the valley. Later, we ate at the family restaurant next door (we definitely recommend booking there, because the nearest other restaurant is about a 30 minute walk away and if you’ve just hiked from Valbona to Theth, trust us, you won’t want that extra walk!). The dinner & breakfast was homemade with fresh ingredients, and once again we felt so welcomed. This wasn’t just a stay - it was an experience. Thank you so much to the Okoli family for having us. You’ll stay in our memories, and we can’t wait to come back! ❤️

The room was very comfortable and the host was a generous woman. Everything was perfect. The environment was very friendly.

It felt like staying at home. Although, we couldn't communicate verbally, we were looked after tremendously. They always ensured we were catered for for breakfast (including an early 5am start) and for dinner (next door if requested). We were always greeted with a lovely smile when coming back from our hikes and an additionally enthusiastic goodbye when we were leaving for them. There's also a water refill station outside your room, which makes it very easy to fill up for early starts and late finishes. Everything appeared newly furnished too, which just adds to the great value for money.

Home from home. Comfortable room, lovely soft bed and hot shower - welcoming hosts. Very hearty breakfast - shots of grappa on demand.... excellent food, served next door. Would highly recommend.
