Friendly owners, always with a smile and available to help. Amazing food - both dinner and breakfast and certainly plenty of it. Brilliant location for exploring Theth with lovely views from balcony and the restaurant. Basic facilities but clean and comfy, what more can you want, would highly recommend

Amazing place with the most beautiful view from dining area. Owners were kind and caring; you can feel like you are visiting your friends and not a hotel. Rooms were clean and in good condition. We were also amazed by the food and the amount of different cuisines. Guesthouse offers also quite big parking spot (and parking guard in a form of small and exentric doggy).

“A lovely place run by a really friendly family”

This is a lovely guesthouse run by a very friendly mother and son. It probably has the best view in the area. The homemade food is delicious and huge portions. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of blankets. The shared bathroom is also very clean. It's walkable down to the village. If you come by bus from Shkoder they can drop you here.

The view was amazing, the staff was friendly; great food in huge quantities

Mireli and his family gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. We got served an amazing home cooked dinner, so far the best food we had during our trip. The location is very convenient, it's a few km before the actual village of Theth, you don't have to drive off road. The cabin we stayed at, had a balcony overlooking the gorgeous mountains in the distance. Space is limited in the cabin, and there are no curtains, you will be woken up naturally.

Mirel and his family are super nice hosts, one of the best breakfast experiences we had, both for the food and the view! Also, 10min drive to Theth village so great location for main hikes. We totally recommend!

“Best with a car as it is quite a distance from the village”

Located quite a distance from Theth (about 45 minute walk downhill to the village, 1 hour walk uphill from the village), so would suit those travelling with their own car. The owners were very friendly and kind - offering to pick up us from the village on our second night. The breakfasts and evening meal we had at the Guesthouse were very good - far too much food! They have rooms in the main house and also in a separate block at the back of the house. We were on the top floor of the separate block. The room itself was quite small. Comfortable, but not a lot of space to unpack and it also had a sloping roof which was quite low over the bed - knocked my head a few times! Fantastic views over the valley from our balcony and from the breakfast room.

The room was perfect and very clean. The family were so friendly and helpful. The home cooked food was amazing and very plentiful. Great location just above Theth. Views were stunning!

The host was just the most lovely gentleman in a family run hotel. The view was phenomenal, genuinely one of the most spectacular sites to wake up to and also see from the restaurant whilst dining breakfast or dinner

The family hosts are exceptionally welcoming and accomodating, a true pleasure. The food was also exceptional, the best food we got in Albania was served here for breakfast and dinner everyday. Additionally the view from the shared balcony is awesome

The host with his family was amazing! Really friendly, nice and made great food. If you take a cheaper room, you will get a more humble living space, but for hikers who just want to sleep somewhere - absolutely perfect. Really comfy beds in a cozy mountain house. Next to the main road of Theth, which makes hitchhiking super easy, so location is not a problem.

“Comfortable, relaxed stay at Mireli’s cozy family-run guesthouse”

The room was immaculately clean, cozy and well equipped. Mireli, his Mum and brother were so kind and generous to us. We visited in October during heavy rain, and Mireli kindly offered us his umbrella and a lift into town for a small fee as we sought to explore the town for dinner. The breakfast included was delicious. We had the place to ourselves as we visited off season. The highlight was the homemade Petulla with honey and fig jam. The communication was straight forward and easy. Mireli and his family were incredibly smiley and kind hosts. We would definitely stay again.
