Overview
Villa Eugenia is located on a beach in the fishing village of Theologos. It features an outdoor pool, fitness room and snack bar. Its accommodation overlooks the pool, mountain or Euvoikos Gulf. Opening out onto a terrace or balcony, each of Eugenia’s studios includes a fireplace and flat-screen TV. A kitchenette and fridge are standard. Free toiletries can be found in the bathroom. Refreshments and light meals are served daily at the snack bar. Room service is also available. Guests are welcomed to use the BBQ facilities on site. Free sunbeds and umbrellas surround the pool area. Kids can enjoy their own pool and playground. Complimentary Wi-Fi is accessible in public areas of the property. A variety of taverns, markets and shops can be found along the beach. Villa Eugenia is an hour’s drive from the town of Lamia. Athens City is at a distance of 125 km.

Fantastic location with the best view in the world. The atmosphere and experience at the hotel was down to earth and extremely authentic. I highly recommend this place if you just want to relax and enjoy your vacation. “Feels like home, hope to come back…”
Family atmosphere we wore treated almost like home members. Tasty and fresh Greek style breakfasts made by fantastic Mrs. Eugenia. Super location allowing to plan trips to Athens, Delphi, Meteora, Corynth.

The whole stay was truly lovely! The villa is beautiful and well-taken care of. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The beach is close by and the local restaurants and bars serve delicious meals. The only thing is that internet connection is not very fast but if you think about it, it is not such a bad thing after all ;)

“Great view .. poor in every thing else”
Lots of parking inside the hotel, being that’s it’s high above the street level, the view is great, every thing advertised is the (pool, breakfast, parking and see access across the road, however, all have issues).

“Villa Eugenia”
Villa Eugenia is a great place for a family holiday. We have been there for the second time. There is a large swimming pool, the sea is just a few steps from the accomodation and in the morning they serve an excellent breakfast. We really like the family atmosphere and love for nature and animals, which you will meet literally everywhere. The apartments are mostly equipped and every day a nice lady comes to do the cleaning. Taverns are nearby. You have to drive to the nearby town to get to the supermarket but it is well stocked, including diet foods (gluten-free and dairy-free). We fell in love with Villa Eugenia and I believe that we will come back again.

“Recommended for a short stay for couples or families on the way north or the way back to Athens”
The Hotel is located 50 meter from the beach and 2 or 3 small local Tavernas. The swimming pool is Superb! The kitchennete in the room is basic, but satisfying for daily use for couple or small family. The rooms are very nice and very well maintained. Staff was very nice and helpfull.

“everything OK, great pool”
Breakfast perfect, staff great. The last day we had to leave early in the morning, before breakfast. The staff packed our food in boxes the evening before we left and wrote us a nice talk.

“Villa Eugenia”
We spent three days at Villa Eugenia on our trip to Greece. Everything was great. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, air conditioning in each room. To the sea with a pebble beach just a few steps and in front of the residence a beautiful swimming pool. Thank you for the kind care and great breakfast.

“Great place for families”
We stayed in Villa Eugenia for one night and wished we could have stayed longer ! The rooms were nicer than we expected, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely, the pool area was excellent and the view of the sea is amazing! A great place to stay for families with kids. We would happily go back.
