We stayed here over Christmas week and loved it. The location is ideal, centrally located on the island with quick drives to every corner of Anguilla. Renting a car directly from the host was extremely convenient and made everything easy. The unit is modern and well equipped with all the basic supplies. We appreciated the two beach towels, the safe (and thoughtful touch), and the private entrance through the back garden. Kurtz was a great host; professional, friendly, punctual, and very responsive. He communicated clearly, answered our questions quickly,and shared helpful recommendations. Highly recommend Kurtz's place.

The location was very peaceful, spacious, sparkling clean. quiet and well equipped with everything, (including good Wi-Fi and a very comfortable bed), one needs for a holiday. Exactly what I needed to relax after a hectic year of work. Kurtz was the perfect host!! and it is obvious he takes great pride in hosting guests as everything is carefully planned and placed!!! He was just a WhatsApp call/message away if I needed anything. (and he responds immediately) He ensured my arrival and departure taxi and hire car were all arranged. All I had to do was enjoy. He checked in on me, without being intrusive, to ensure all was going well and offered me some very helpful dining and sightseeing tips. All in all, was a magical 3 days stay. Thank you, Kurtz. I will be back.

The apartment is very clean & it has everything you need! The bathroom is really nice. We enjoyed our stay at Bel ti Plas a lot. The check-in was easy and the communication with the owner was amazing!

The room was wonderful - spacious, lots of storage and kitchen and bathroom were in great condition. Kurtz is a great host, super friendly, helpful and always responds quickly if there is anything you need. Good location close to The Valley, with grocery stores etc within walkable distance. I would definitely recommend Bel Ti Plas!

Kurtz is a very kind Host and gave good tips in regards to places. The apartment is cozy, very clean and fully functional. I especially liked the location: if you look it in the map you'll see it is quite at the center of Anguilla, which makes it a perfect location to explore all the beaches of the Island, with maybe 30min max drive to the further ones. This makes it easy to appreciate the different vibes flowing around the Island.
