Excellent staff, a huge room and a very comfortable bed. Brilliant location by Den Haag Centraal for trains and trams, also close to places to get coffee and local supermarkets. I wish I could have stayed for longer.

I like that it is not busy and the location is very convenient. There were some noisy guests at the lounge/dining area but most of them are generally considerate and respectful of other guests.

Good location, warm welcome, very friendly and helpful staff. Secure indoor storage for our bikes. Free tea and coffee, great bar area and comfortable cosy rooms. A very enjoyable stay, we would definitely recommend this hotel as an ideal place to stay in The Hague.

I booked this stay for my parents’ anniversary and they had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal—just 5 minutes from Den Haag station with great bus connections, and close to plenty of restaurants and amenities. They especially loved the breakfast, which had a great variety of options. As they were leaving very early on their final day, the staff kindly prepared a generous takeaway breakfast for them, which was such a thoughtful touch.
